Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section in framed work, in any position complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 6 Sqcm but not exceeding 13 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for suspended false ceiling system using chicago metalic (E Grid) exposed suspended system, grid section size 600mm x 600 mm, comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of diamensions 39mm x 24mm x 0.8 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4 + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of runner 1.35 Kg for 3600 mm length), Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick and wall angle 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4 + PPPCGS /0.3 mm & weight of Tee of 0.195 kg for 600mm length) and wall angle of diamensions 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 3050 mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprissing of GI/0.35 + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of angle 0.70Kg for 3050mm length) with grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel-through fasterner from purlin of the roof complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm semi perforated calcium silicate tile size 600X600 mm complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No. 6.00 here-in-before fixing only except material (Retrived material obtained from item No 1 will be used) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work complete, all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed

M&L laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick size 193mm x 1214mm of High density hard wood fibre board (HDF) with highly anti abrasive protective overlay and melamine impregnated decorative film with interlocking system, laid over 2mm thick foam with suitable arrangement including dismantling of existing old one complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each.

All as per Srl item No. 11.00 here-in-before but exc 1.5 sqm but not 4 Sqm each.

Taking down shutter of any description n.exc 1 sqm each.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each.

Supply & fixing plain solid straight chowkats and framed wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints in 2nd class soft wood KAIL) complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing 35 mm thick 2nd class soft wood (KAIL) plain framed panelled shutter (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (Feather edge) or of veneered particle board medium density wood particle board with commercial face veneers and fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 30 mm thick 2nd class soft wood (KAIL) glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 100mm mild steel butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 75mm mild steel butt hinges medium weight , cold rolled complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 200mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 150mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 125mm extruded aluminium alloy handles febricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 100mm extruded aluminium alloy handles febricated type anodised complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply & fixing 300mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size quality or description ) from wooden frame fixed with oil putty or beads area not exc 0.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4mm thick glass pan ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm each pane.

Supply & fixing in repairs Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based material surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of old painted surface of wood and wood based material and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 26,920.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
