Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock , hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification ,2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to any leads and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shorting and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material tools machinery, tools equipment and safety measure necessary to complete the work within all leadss and lifts.Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 .P.C.C. grade M-10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand :six graded stone aggregate) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point Fifteen milimetres)thickness welded with angle iron with frames, 30 x 30 x5 mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies hight of propping and centaring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced in:- concrete and plain concrete work in :- including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Foundation footing basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate of 40mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto all floor level including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two approved sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate of 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Foundation , footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever in all hights.

Columns , pillars,posts and struts upto floor two all level.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guards , bars ladders , railing brackets and similar work )including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and fixing expended metal to wood or steel member in partition etc. (Steel Bracket) weight exceeding 3 kg. not exceeding 5 Kg. Per Square metre including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved shade of (Apexultima) or its equavlient on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Applying One coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after thoroughly brushing the surface freem from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface evenand sand papered smooth including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constuction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Pointing two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint acid re4sisting brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lift and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
