Material and labour for maintaining of potable / fresh water to achieve chlorination level by keeping concentrated efforts as per standard water quality specifications of maintaining desired ppm, by checking time to time with standard testing equipments on daily before pumping of water to OHT's of building by adding chlorination granuals as required for disinfection of water as per standard requirement at site as under :- (a) ppm at sump level to pumping water to building OH tank - 2 ppm, (b) Ensuring water is to be free from E.coli and thermotolerant coliform bacteria and it shall not be detectable in any 100ml of sample water.

(Item No 01 Contd----) Notes :- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following :- (a) Contractor or his rep has to attend daily at all pump houses once in a day to check all the water parameters and sign in the register being maintained with pump house staff. (b) Register should be maintained and daily record of the same should be endorsed from Users / MES rep at pump house, Engineer-in-Charge as well as concerned medical team of respective unit daily. (c) Water testing shall be carried out from NABL / NABL Accredited Laboratories and the same has be submitted to subdivision office once in a month or whenever required or directed by the Users and department depend upon the situation / quality of water.

(Item No 01 Contd----) (d) Required quantity of chlorine granuals / bleaching powder required to be used at pump houses regularly and superchlorination to be done and the same shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule. The amount / quantity of mixing chemicals, gas etc., would be vary as per the quality of receiving water from time to time to bring the required ppm once checked before pumping the water from sump to OHT of user building. The necessary mixing up of granuals / bleaching powder for maintaining standard water and for superchlorination the existing staff / manpower at pump houses shall be utilized if necessary. The above specified job shall be carried out at following pump house :- (a) INS Dega P-5 pump house (b) Dega Vihar pump house (c) NAD Colony pump house (d) DSC pump house (e) TRS-II pump house (f) ABE Park pump house - (g) BV Yard pump house - (h) INS Viswakarma pump house Total - 08 Nos locations

Labour only for attending break down of 200/150 mm dia MS / CI / DI pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary dewatering pumps, JCB's, Cranes complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 :- The quoted rate shall deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- Earth work, Lead joints, Pipes, Specials, Fittings shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for re-conditioning of battery 12/24 Volts, 90/180 AH complete including replacement of lead plate terminal and joints and charging of battery and Improve specific gravity upto 1280 and 2 volts of each cell including transportation of battery from site to civil work shop and back, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of battery lead sets of two (Red & Black) suitable for 180 to100 AH capacity upto 1.5 mtr long including GM terminals one end copper lug and other fixtures connecting both end with gun metal terminals as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including taking down existing earthing and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for disconnecting the delivery pipeline and electric connections of submersible pump set of capacity of 3 to 7.5 HP and lifting and removing it from its position along with pipes and fittings carefully with the help of required T&P and transporting the same to the work shop for repair / servicing and lowering and refixing the same in its original position including connecting up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L flushing of existing borewells of size upto 150 mm dia, depth upto 90 mtr with drilling compressor including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sq cm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well till discharge of the fresh water, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for rewinding the submersible motor PVC insulated copper conductor of same gauge and same number of turns as that of existing including tieing the winding and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of existing complete all as specified for submersible motor of 3 to 7.5 HP capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for opening the submersible pump set of 3 to 7.5 HP for inspection, repairs and reassembling the pump and motor as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning replacing the minor items like packing bolts, nuts washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved hammertene spray paint on exposed steel surface, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including lathework etc and testing the same for satisfactory operation on its full load, complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repair, submersible pump starter suitable for AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase submersible pump set of 3 to 7.5 HP capacity, having single phase protection, over / under current protection, Auto ON / OFF timer control, including mounting on existing arrangements and removing the old unserviceable starter from the panel, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair & overhauling of squirrel cage induction electrical motor of following sizes, 3 phase, 415 volts incl disconnecting all electrical connections, decoupling from pump, taking down the motor from foundation, cleaning and varnishing the stator & rotor winding, heating and drying, replacement of burnt terminals, greasing to bearings, re-assembling the motor and refixing of motor on the foundation by using new nut, bolts and washers, coupling with pump, checking alignment connecting all electrical connections, checking the vibrations, RPM, DOR, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces and testing on full load, complete all as specified and directed:-
