Supplying and fixing 40 Amp , four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp , four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Design, manufacture , supply , Installation , Testing, Commissioning. of Indoor type floor mounted LT panel, Single front, made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet steel. The enclosure shall be dust, vermin and weather proof suitable for outdoor installation, with canopy and suitable height stand. Individual removable gland plates shall be provided at the bottom of the cable chamber. Adequate size earth bus shall be provided and the same shall be extended out side of the panel to facilitate earth flat connection. The panel shall be given one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paints. The finishing colour shall be white enamel inside and shade 632 of IS 5 out side.Bus Bar: Totally enclosed bus bar chamber consists of 3 phase, 415V, 600A rated Aluminium bus bars (R, Y, B & N) with epoxy bus support insulators. There shall not be any access from bus bar chamber to other chambers. The bus bar shall be colour coded. The tapping for the individual switches shall be suitable size copper bus connection through insulated barriers without any gap. No instruments or components shall be mounted on the chamber. , LED indicating lamps for incomer & all outgoings. ,ROM for MCCB, Spreader Terminal, Digital Ampere & Volt meter and suitable rating CT.SPD Rating 15KA Type 3P+N.
