Improvement to sanitation/drainage system/underground drainage in RHA Bazar, Ambala Cantt. (Phase II)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out (In soft loose soil).

M/L providing plain cement concrete M 10 (1:4:8) for bedding using 40 mm size and down Graded aggregate mechanically mixed, For intercept drain pit and in Foundation, compacted by vibration including centering and shuttering works, curing etc., complete as per drawings and Technical Specification and as per the direction of Engineer.

M/L providing and Construction of Reinforced Cement Concrete work of M-25 grade for Base slab, footing with 20mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excluding cost of reinforcement and including centering and shuttering works & cost of mixing, laying , curing etc., complete as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer. Note : The Contractor has to carryout dewatering time to time during execution of concerting work and upto 48 house after execution of concerting works and no extra payment for dewatering or manpower will be paid by Cantonment Board. Only ordinary Portland cement will be used for all concerting works.

M/L brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exe. 6 m mean radius with sub class 'A' brick all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L providing and Construction of Reinforced Cement Concrete work of M-25 grade for Walls, slabs pillar etc with 20mm-12.5mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excluding cost of reinforcement and cost of mixing, laying , curing etc., complete as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer. S/f mild steel bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M/L rendering 12mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:4 cement plaster.

The cover shall have minimum nine (9) round holes. The item shall include the cost of all material, transportation and fixing at site.(M-40)

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc.

Providing, supplying, fabricating, galvanising (as per specification), transporting, erecting and aligning and installing in position by bolting / welding / screwing of factory made inlet for intercept drains /water body fabricated using mild steel (Grade-E250, Quality-BR) conforming to IS:2062-2011, at all levels, in, drain covers, trench covers, etc. with all fittings and fixtures, (clips, bolts, self drilling and taping screws, nuts and lock washers) etc., complete as per direction of Engineer.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line/storm water drains by mechanically by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 liters suction capacity and 6000 liters water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desalting of manholes and decoking of sewer lines. Decoking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 250mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth. Wherever possible, or manually equipped with all necessary safety arrangement.

Demolishing Reinforced brickwork or RCC in suspended slabs, beams, lintels , walls etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Demolishing Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Demolishing Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Demolishing Brickfloor or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry.

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses, cement, concrete, Paving bituminous) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 5 kilometer, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved upto 7 KM.

M/L providing dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383,the size of Coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm,aggregate cement (only OPC to be used) ratio not to exceed 15:1,aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1,cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction ,concrete strength not to be less than 10MPa at 7 days, Mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, T&P, labour etc. Complete as per clause 601 of MORTH specification (Vth Revision) , and as per direction of Engineer.

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete of M 30 grade including 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet membrane and fixing dowels, tie bars, seals for joint and finishing with all leads and lifts etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, T&P, labour etc., complete as per section 600/clause 602 of MORTH specification (Vth Revision) , and as per direction of Engineer. (Provisional Quantity)

M/L cement concrete interlocking tiles (M-40) vibrator moulded 80 mm thick of shape as per sample laid over sand 25 to 40 mm I block or similar ISI marks all as per Sp. in MES SSR 2010.

S/F of P.V.C pipe 100 mm dia for sewerage connection Including haunching concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete.

S/F of P.V.C pipe 150 mm dia for sewerage connection Including haunching concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete.

M/L for laying of reinforce concrete pipe class NP3 600mm bore dia, laid & jointed complete with collars all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L for Providing C. concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete 1:3:6 after they are laid and tested all as specified in MES SSR, 2010. (600 mm dia)
