Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Sub-base of pathway /foothpath complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, bed block,water trought and similar works including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar of any description complete all as directed.

M&L Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drain ,manhole etc complete all as directed.

All as per item no 06 above but except bricks Note: Using old serviceable brick as retrived from ser item no 05 here -in -before.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:4) surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drain complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel to any inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed.
