Excavation in soil in hilly areas by mechanical / manuals means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including ordinary rock, hard rock(requiring blasting), hard rock(blasting prohoibited),marshy soil and their intermdiate classification including dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required lines, grades, side slopes, and width camber, superelevation levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer- in charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful/unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the useful materials for filling in road ways, embankment for grade improvement and leveling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing including all labour, machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means( If any required) .Recovery for useful stone of 1226.91 Cum @ Rs.300/-per cum amounting to Rs.368074/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work affected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Excavation in earth work for structure in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including ordinay rock,hard rock (Requiring blasting), hard rock(blasting prohibited), marshy soil and their intermediate classification. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry whenever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds setting out conforming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to road way after back filling and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking, leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1. All useful materials,such as stone shingles, agg. and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinfocement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand :twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed in open foundations and plinths complele as per drawings and H.P.P.W.D.specification &MORD technical specification and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain concrete in open foundation 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm ( twenty five milimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed in open foundations and sub structure of retaining walls, Breast walls and parapets etc. complete as per drawings and HP.PWD. specification/MORD technical specification section and clause 800,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling / carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 PCC. Grade M-10 (M-Ten) 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) including the cost of form work and curing complete and hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade (M-20) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) including the cost of form work and curing and curing and hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 ( one cement: six sand ) in sub structure as per drawing and technical specification clause1604 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble stone masonry (2nd sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement: five sand) in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for breast and retaining wall , revetment wall and parapets etc for sub structure and super structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1604 and 704.6 complete in all respect including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling with granular materials behind abutment, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1206.3 and 1604.7 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sand Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9, including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonary/ plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall,return wall with 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of1( v):20( H) towards draining face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614,709,1206.6 including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe 900 mm (Nine hundred milimetre) dia NP3for culverts on Ist class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 ( One cement : two sand ) but excluding excavation protection work, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets clause 1101, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble flooring as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1303including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Erecting a "W" metal beam crash barior comprising of 3 mm (three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm (seventy centimetre) above road/ ground level fixed on I.S M.C series channels vertical post, 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five milimetre) spaced 2.00 metre (two metre) center to center, 1.80 metre (one point eight zero metre) height 1.10 metre (one point one zero metre) below ground level all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized hot dip process all fitting to confirm to IS 1367 and IS 1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channals section 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five milimetre), 330 cm ( three hundred thirty centimetre) long complete as perMORTH specificationclause 811.3, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications including hauling/carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials as per table 400.1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations within all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63mm to 45mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenings,binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading II as per Technical Specification Clause 404,405, by mechanical means including hauling / carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-10 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical specification Clause 405, by Mechanical means, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg.sqm (zero point seventy - one point zero kilogramme) using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502 including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilo gramme)per square on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipmentsand materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty milimetre) thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, levels and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504, by mechanical Means (i) Bitumen binder VG-10, including hauling/ carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50( fiftyve) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10 ) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including hauling carriage of all labour and equipments and material to various locations through all modes of transportation by mechanical means with in all leads and lifts of material complete as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
