Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing of size 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC cable covers, sand, GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately.

All live parts, bus bars., LBSs, VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in Stainless Steel tank of 2.5 +/-0.5 mm thick sealed for life having IP67 degree of protection filled with gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. RMU shall have solid earthing system. RMU should complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, FPI, cable supports, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/OFF, VCB ON/OFF, Spring charge, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200. Internal arc type tested for 21KA for 1 sec. VCB/LBS used must be tested for minimum 20 nos of electrical operations in factory. Manufacturer has to submit valid test report. 1 No. incoming (LBSs) and 4 Nos. outgoing (VCBs). Rated voltage should be - 12KV. Rated power frequency voltage- 28KV. Supply instaling, testing and commissioning outdoor type, power transformer, 33 KV/11 KV, AC 3 phase 50 Hz 2 MVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural Air natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accodance with vector gorup Dyn-11 and having tapings at 5% & -15% in step of 1.25% each (17 steps) on HV side to be chaged by on load tap changer gear operating locally & remote. The maximum temperture rise shall not exeed 40 degree celsinus in oil and 55 degree celcius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature 50 degree celsius. Hot spot temperature rise over a Maximum yearly welghted tamperature of 32 degree C should be 98 degree C IS 2026 marked. with all accesssories and fitting as per IS 2026 CBIP. The core of transformer shall be bolt less to reduce hot spots and first grade CRGO sheets shall be used. The insulation level (impulse withstand in KV peak) shall be 170 on HV & 75 on LV side impulse level (power frequency with stand in KV runs) shall be 70 on HV and 28 on LV side. The percentage inpedance of the transormer at 75 degree C, rated curent of frequency should be 6.25 % (IS tolerance). The transformer shall be capable of withstanding thermal & dynamic effects circuit as specified in IEC 76-5 & fitted with the following:- (a) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 33 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers & arching horns., (b) LV side shall be compatible with cable end box of suitable size., (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge., (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers., (f) Oil temperature indicator dial of 150 mm with alarm and trip contact cappelary., (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.

Supply, erection, testing & commissiong of independent relay panel for 33KV transformer and feeder control for 33KV substation with having protective and auxiliary relay for protection of transformer and lines, indicating instruments with necessary switch, remote control for 33 KV circuit breaker, Alarm equipments, mimic panel, supervision equipments and complete wiring. M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape requred, including creanking, binding spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with lips complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 40 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacars and binders complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix pin type porecelain vitreous white, brown or green insutlator inclucing galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanlzed nut for 33 KV volts AC supply grade complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI earth Strip of size 32x6 mm buried in ground for extension of earthing electrode with suitable size nut, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Rubberised insulating matting size 2000x1000x25 mm thick, heavy duty ISI marked & shall be of approved quality & make dully tested on 33 KV complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Rubberised insulating matting size 2000x1000x19 mm thick, heavy duty ISI marked & shall be of approved quality & make dully tested on 11 KV complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable/route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying in trenches or on pole GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia for prortection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge
