Fabrication & supply of MS collar of size 330mm (L) x 330mm (W) and of suitable height as per site requirement (for increasing the height of the existing isolating transformer housing box) made out of 6mm thick MS sheet on four sides, 10mm thick MS sheet on top & bottom, with a provision of 50mm dia pipe entry hole on three sides, 225mm dia round opening on top & bottom with six nos threaded holes on edges of top & bottom plates, suitable for holding the taxiway/runway edge light fittings on top and bottom bolted to the existing box including painting the collar with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint etc. complete as required & as per enclosed specifications.

Installation of MS collar (supplied against item no.1) by providing & fixing of 12 nos. 1½ inch M-10 SS bolts including minor civil works as per site requirement, making pedestal of not less than 0.30mt all around the box by making suitable slope by providing 1:2:4 cement concrete etc. complete as required & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing elevated light fittings and reinstallation of the same i/c connecting with isolating transformer etc. as required.

Dry brick pitching (laid flat) on surface including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete as required.

Excavation of soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres .

Providing & laying in position 1:2:4 cement concrete (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) over brick soling as per site requirement and as directed by engg.-in-charge.

Providing & laying 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc. as required.

Filling 2/3rd portion of old/discarded MS housing boxes with sand and remaining 1/3rd with cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 finishing etc, as required as per site requirement.

Removing of existing broken bolt from the transformer housing boxes, making new holes by drilling, tapping etc. as required to match with M-10 bolt i/c supply and fixing of SS M-10 bolt, washer etc as required i/c hiring/arrangement of all necessary T&P like portable DG set, Drilling machine, Tapping machine etc. as required.

Providing cover plates of following sizes fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making holes, drilling, tapping, finishing and fixing the same with 6 nos. 1.5" long, M-10 S.S. bolts, plain washers, spring washers etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 300 mm dia circular base plate

Providing cover plates of following sizes fabricated from 10mm thick MS plate, suitable for Isolating transformer housing boxes i/c making holes, drilling, tapping, finishing and fixing the same with 6 nos. 1.5" long, M-10 S.S. bolts, plain washers, spring washers etc. i/c painting etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) 330 mm x 330 mm square base plate

Dismantling of C.I./M.S. transformer housing box from concrete foundation i/c disposal of debris etc. as reqd.

Fabrication & Supply of MS housing box of size 330 mm x 750 mm x 300 mm (H) made out of 6 mm thick MS sheet on four sides, 10 mm thick MS sheet on bottom, 10mm thick 25mm wide collars welded on top edges to hold the top cover plate and 280mm x 700mm rectangular opening on top & a 10mm thick, 330mmx750mm rectangular top cover plate with 12 nos. holes on the edges as per drawing enclosed along with 12 nos. M-10 size SS bolts for fixing of cover plate, with a provision of 90mm dia pipe entry hole on four sides, 15mm dia, 100mm long B class GI pipe with socket welded at bottom for drain, 2nos. SS earth bolts of M10 welded inside, painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint, i/c providing rubber gaskets etc. complete as required and install the same in soil by providing brick soling (size 950mm x 530mm) at the bottom & using cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 all around & bottom of the box of 100 mm thick and making pedestal of 300mm & 100mm thick all around the box by making suitable slope i/c centering & shuttering etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Dismantling of 1 no. PVC/PILC insulated AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm from soil i/c excavation, removing protective covering, refilling the trench etc.as required.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in the existing pipe.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm in soil i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supply and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of 'Dura-line' or equivalent make of following size, by cutting soft soil upto 30cm, connecting both/one end to existing transformer housing box i/c refilling and making good the damages etc. as required. (a) 90/76 mm dia HDPE Pipe .

Supply and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of 'Dura-line' or equivalent make of following size, by cutting soft soil upto 30cm, connecting both/one end to existing transformer housing box i/c refilling and making good the damages etc. as required. (b) 63/51 mm dia HDPE Pipe.

Supply of Esna connector kit set suitable for 25sqmm, 5kV grade airfield lighting aluminium conductor cable as required and as per enclosed specifications. NOTE: - A set shall consist of one male and one female connector suitable for making connection of 25sqmm AFL cables.

Making connections of 5 KV grade, up to 25 Sq. mm Al conductor AFL cables with ESNA connector i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape complete as required.

Scrapping, cleaning the surface of existing LT Panels/feeder pillars and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer etc. as required.

Scrapping, cleaning etc. as required and painting the following light fittings with two coats of approved make Aviation Yellow synthetic enamel paint,over base plate said painting should be done after applying one coat of red lead primer. (a) Approach light fittings

Supply & installation of PAPI checking stick base suitable for AMA MK-III PAPI units i/c necessary minor civil works on the existing check stick base, cement plaster etc as required.

Supply of Safegate make LMS for Runway Guard light fittings (CAT No: LMS Dual; ver 5.2; 2x2 pol prog.; with switching capacity : 2x300watt; Current 2.5 - 6.6A ; Frequency 50Hz ; 45-50 Flashes/minute.

Supply of frangible tubular pole of following height confirming to ICAO Annex-14, para 5.3.1.4 and Aerodrome design manual part-IV, chapter 15, for mounting approach light fixture including all accessories such as base plate, anchore bolts, top brackets etc in single section or multi section depending on the height of the pole etc. as required. (The item shall comply ICAO / FAA Frangibility requirements. Test cerificate to be submitted for same.) (a) 2.00 mtr height

SS M-10 bolts including neat cement plaster around the MS frame etc. as required.
