Providing and inserting 12 mm DLU Aluminium injection nipple in honey comb area for RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podums, reservior, sewerage & water treatment plant, tunnels. Highway and bridgesdeck etc along cracks line including drilling of holes of required dia ( 20 mm to 30 mm) up to depth from 30 mm to 80 mm at required spacing and making the hole & cracks dust free by blowing compressor air , sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical nof approved make and allow it to cure complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leage.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proffing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining wall of the basement water tanks, roof slabs, podums , reservior, sewerage & water treatment plant, tunnels/slbway and bridge deck etc. prepared water for vertical surface and 3:1 ( 3 part integral crystalineslurry 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative ( internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber bush . The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI - 212-3R-2010 Le by reducing permeability of convert by more than 90& compared with control concrte as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 harhydroatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self bealing of cracks up to a width of 50 mm . The shall be carried out as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leage.
