Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of existing normal roof treatment, any type from RCC roof slab including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar, felt etc and cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished materials outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

(ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for laying factory made fully vitrified paving tiles of size 300x300x20-25 mm thick suitable for exterior areas, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Tiles should be fitted with spacer and joints filled/ sealed with epoxy or similar material and cost of the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rates. (ii) Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including a coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of unions brass to connect iron to polyethylene water tank and fixed for 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of 20mm bore PTMT nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (Minimum weight 45gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of 25mm bore PTMT nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (Minimum weight 65gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of 20 mm dia ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule & fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gms), complete all as specified and directed.
