Schedule "A" Part - IV [MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS for Sch A Part-II & III]

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, commissioning ductile iron pipe welded flange both sides, ISI marked, IS 8329-2000 (amended upto date), class K-9 with and including internal cement mortar lining and bitumenous coating externally of 100 mm nominal dia complete with necessary nuts/bolts/washers and gasket all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall make good all disturbed surfaces as that of existing like Garden, PCC, Interlocking arrangement,floors and grass,plants,bushes bricks etc and the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive.

M & L for provision of Electric connection for BP Dozer using PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm with PVC sheathed two core 1100 Volts grade flexible copper conductor drawn through common suitable dia rigid PVC /Flexible pipe from starter panel to the motor terminal box with necessary gland/lugs/bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix self priming Centrifugal pump set capable of pumping 800 ltre per min at 50 mtrs of head conforming to IS- 12469 :1988, coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling mounted on fabricated MS common base frame, driven by electric motor squirrel cage induction type suitable for operation on 415 V 3 phase, 50 Hz AC synchronous Speed not more than 1500 RPM including suitable copper conductor cable with flexible pipe protection from panel mounted starter at common supply to pump motor as per standard along with pressure gauge on discharge side of caopacity20 HP complete, complete including OEM recommended foundation with anti vibration pads foundation bolts etc, complete with necessary Nuts bolts washer all as specified and directed by Engi-in-Charge .Make : Kirloskar/KSB/Jyothi.Note :PCC will be measured and paid under respective item of schedule and Rate quoted is deemed to inclusive of all the minor items required for smooth and satishfactory operation of the pump set. Supply and fixing Cast Iron foot Valve 100 mm dia fixing up in DI water supply suction with necessary nuts/bolts/washers/gasket etc., complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of DI specials fittings Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type,(straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.)Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs etc all as specified and directed

M & L for provision of valve chamber of size 750x750x750mm including suitable MS cover complete without disturbing the pipe lines/ valves including necessary earth work in any type of soil (all as shown in the TD-119 enclosed, all steel works shall be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over acoat of red oxide metal primer) and 2 coats of white washing on plastered surfaces of valve chamber complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- charge.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air release Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore for fixing up in DI Water supply mains of 100 mm dia with necessary nuts/bolts/washers/gasket etc., complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 40 cm in width not exceeding 100 cm in depth for laying of DI Pipes and making good of disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down Gate valve of 100 mm,80 mm,50 mm,40 mm,25 mm size

Supply, Install, connection test and commissioning chlorine dosing pump, (1-100 PSI) high pressure, single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump with accessories such as lead tubing, connecting, nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules including anchoring bolts with nuts and washers, piping work for inlet and cabling with control switch gear complete conneccting with existing discharge lying from pump all as specified and directed. The pump shall be suitable for 20000 to 25000 GPH discharge capacity, line pressure of 3 kg/sqmm and chlorination requirement from 0.5 PPM to 5PPm complete with 100 ltr dosing tank and including all water and electric connections with necessary control valves as per sire requirement all as specified and directed. Supply onlyHigh Strength Calcium based granular disinfectant chemical (60% to 70% ch;orine) containing corrosion inihibitors and anti scalants(CIAS) to prevent damage /encrustation/scaling in distribution pipe lines and accessories packed in plastic drums for drinking water treatment in 45 kg Drum all as specified and directed. Note: OEM's claim regarding CIAS content must be ratisified by E-in-C's branch letter must be submitte to qualify for bid/tender.
