Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dressing of side slopes verrtical and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinthcomplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in alll respect.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

In Suspended floor roofs,landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S Plate V-Notch 90 complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Nka Plate on kuhl size 60cm x 60cm complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.
