Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceed 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C1 (1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for chipping removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of derbies out side the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna conchem or Dr. Fixit equivalent confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conferming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 20mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 40mm thickness in two layers including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles Light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed In white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
