Cutting of trees of all girth and heidht with roots in non forest section for which statutory permission has been obtained by the PIU. Trees shall be the property of PIU and the Contractor will transport and store in the place designated by the Owner with 20 Km lead. Number of trees are estimated on the basis of site visits and survey. However, the number may vary due to non availability of fixed transmission lines.

Compensatory Plantation against cutting of trees in the ratio of 1:10 with 3 years full maintenance to give minimum 95% survival rate. All dead plants to be replaced with healthy plant to give desirable survival rate. Supply & Planting of trees in identified area for varieties such as Shisham, Neem, Pilkhan, Pipal, Mango, Arjun, Siris etc suitable to the area in aprrox 0.60 m dia holes and 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering including cost of labour and materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and maintaining the plants for three years.

(ii) Toilets to be developed at each OHSR Site to be used by the labour engaged for the construction activity. They may be ESS connected to city sewerage system and also permitted to be used by Public at large. The cost includes water soap & colour wash & maintenance at each toilet for 36 months. Penalty applicable, if Toilets not provided or cleaned

(iii) The units shall be maintained by daily cleaning six times a day for 36 months at Labour Camp. The toilets at OHSR sites may be maintained by Contractor's staff Daily Cleaning 6 times in a day

(i) Ambient Air Quality Monitoring through High Volume Samplers and compilation of Test Reports- 24 hourly once a month for for 36 months at 1 locations in WTP site 50 m downwind direction
