Providing services for Manning & Operation of BMS software enable Central Air Condition Plant of capacity 3 x 155 including one standby unit with chilled water system and 12 Nos AHU’s,3 Nos FRP induced Draft Cooling Tower including 3xchilled water pumps and 3 x condensor water Pumps, Microprocessor based contorl panel, AHU Feeder Panels, and other equipment and accessories round the clock in THREE SHIFTS with each Ref Mech (Skilled) at a time duration of 08 hours per shift in a day including Sundays and Holidays for operation of plants / machinery installed at C-130J Complex to maintain the temperature & humidity as specified and directed including daily, weekly, monthly, and half yearly check up and maintenance as per maintenance schedule displayed at site for smooth and efficient operation, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum qualification of Ref Mech is ITI in Refrigerator and AC with minimum two years experience to operate the such type of Cetral AC Plant, refrigerator mechanism must be trained and as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Minimum qualification of helper is class viii pass and minimum two years experience to operate the such type of Cetral AC Plant, refrigerator mechanism must be trained and as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing services for operating & Monitoring the BMS software enable system of Central Air Condition Plant of capacity 3 x 155 including one standby unit with chilled water system and 12 Nos AHU’s,3 Nos FRP induced Draft Cooling Tower including 3xchilled water pumps and 3xcondensed water pumps, microprocessor based contorl panel and other equipment and accessories in general shift for 08 Hours per day (i.e. from 0900 to 1700 hours) with one No Ref Mech including sunday and holiday installed at C-130J Complex to maintain the temperature & humidity as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Minium qualification of the supervisor is Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and having 3 years experince in operating/ supervising Central AC Plant with BMS Software and must be trained, and as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE : FOR ITEM NO 1, 2 & 3 (a) The qualified tradesman will present as and when required except his general shift (b) The tradesman has the overall resposiblity to operate the plant smoothly, to detect and rectify any fault, to operate & manage the BMS software, to supervise functional aspects of the Central AC Plant, to maintain log sheets, to ensure all routine check of the plant carried out regularly etc. and other specific work given by Engr-in-Charge (c) Log Sheet (Sample given by Engr-in-Charge) , attendance register etc. reqd for AC Plant are supplied and maintained by the contractor without any extra cost as directed. (d) The work shall be carried out by the operator 48 Hrs/Week. Necessary releiver shall have to be provided during "weekly off day"of the regular operator without any extra cost. Duty roster shall be maintained accordingly duly approved by Engr-in-charge. (e) Dress with logo and shoe shall have to be issued by the contractor to "All Manning Staff" and the Manning Staff shall be well equipped with hand tools, mobile phones with out camara to carryout necessary running repair and to make contact with JE (E/M)/AGE(E/M) in any emergency situation. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (f) Saftey precaution should be followed strictly. (g) The entire Plant, machinery along with building and surrounding premises shall be kept neat & clean including ceiling of height 8 to 10 meter of AC Plant and Panel room. The necessary items like broom, ladder and other cleaning items to be arranged by contractor & to be included in quoted rates.

Providing services for manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 30 Cum / hours and DG Set 750 KVA installed at training building with LT panels and other accessorie installed at C-130J Complex in general shift for 8 hours per day (i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) with one No FGM (Skilled) including sundays and holidays for complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in - charge.The minimum qualification of the operator is ITI and should possess minimum two years eperience of operating STP and DG Set and must be trained and as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Providing services for manning and operation of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of capacity 7.5 Cum / hour and One DG Set 750 KVA installed at Fuel Cell Hanger, 2 x DG Set 1000 KVA intalled at Main Hanger of C-130J Complex general shift for 8 hours per day (i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) with one No FGM (Skilled) including Sundays and Holidays for complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. The minimum qualification of the operator is ITI and should possess minimum two years experience of operating ETP and DG Set and must be trained and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for manning and operation One DG Set 125 KVA installed at ATC and Telephone Exchange Sub Station including LT Panels and other equipments in two shifts with each FGM (Skilled) at a time duration of 08 hours per shift in a day including sundays and holidays for complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in - charge. The minimum qualification of the operator is ITI and should possess minimum two years experience of operating DG Set and must be trained and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : FOR ITEM NO - 5, 6 & 7 (a) The DG Sets, STP and ETP should be operated as per manufacturer's instruction/guide line. (b) Maintenance of DG set, STP, ETP and other eqpt should be carried out as per manufacturer Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Greasing / oiling for parts of pump set’s will be done by the contractor regularly as directed. (c) Log Sheet (Sample given by Engr-in-Charge), attendance register etc. reqd for AC Plant are supplied and maintained by the contractor without any extra cost as directed.
