Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1000 KVA transformer, step down, 11 KV (primary side)/433 volt (secondary side) as per IS-1180-2014, BEE Level-II, double copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system, outdoor type, oil immersed having Vector group DYN-11, no load voltage ratio- 11/0.433 KV, Oil Natureal Air Natural (ONAN) cooled with and including first filling of transformer oil and standard fitting / accessories delta conection on HV (primary winding), star connection on LV (secondary winding), with neutral, manually, operated 7 position off load tap changer on HV side to vary secondary voltage to + 5% & - 10% in steps to 2.5% each including facility to connect buchholz realy of transformer and control cable from VCB complete all as specified & directed:- (a) HV cable box (without cable gland) and LV cable Box (with cable glands) (b) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (c) Dehydrating breather with first fills of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (d) Air release device (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One number 100mm dia , dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius.

(g) Two earthing terminals body earthing and two additional for nautral brought out on bushing. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (i) Oil level gauge (j) Oil drain valve (k) Lifting hooks (l) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug (m) Bidirectional MS wheels 04 Nos with lock pins. (n) OTI ( having contact for alarm and trip) (o) WTI ( having contact for alarm and trip) (p) Buchholz relay ( contact for alarm and trip ) (q) Marshalling box having TTB only (r) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of efficient functioning of the transformer.

Notes:- (i) Transformer specification shall be as per IS : 1180-2014 with amendment No 1, 2, 3 & 4. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer on the receipt of request from the contractor in addition to routine tests . The transformer shall be tested for 10% over load at factory premises for minimum 01 hour after full load cycle of 08 hours. (iii) The Transformer shall be tested by SEI/EI/AEI beore commissing as & when requested by contractor. (iv) All necessary arrangements i.e. co-ordination with the manufacturer & testing officer, arranging equipments and material to facilitate testing at the manufacturer’s premises etc. shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11KV, 3 phase 50 hertz, 3 wire, indoor type, horizontal drawout, horizontal isolation type totally enclosed metal clad, prewired, independent type Vaccum Circuit Breaker(VCB), capacity 400 Amp rating, incommer VCB connecting with copper busbar of appropriate capacity duly insulated, motor operated, spring charged having rupturing capacity of 18.4 KA for 1 second, comprising of the following undermentioned asscessories including providing suitable foundation for VCB as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed:- Incoming and Outgoing:- 01 Nos. (a) Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter door. (b) Isolating Plugs. (c) Assembly of three vacuum interrupters complete with epoxy support insulator and self-aligning finger type isolating contacts. (d) Hand / Motor 230 Volts AC charged independent spring closing / tripping trip free operating mechanism with manual closing tripling push buttons and mechanical breaker “closed / open” spring charged / discharged indication. (e) Mechanical operation counter. (f) Electrical releases coil of 24 volts DC. (g) Shunt trip coil 24 volts DC.

(h) Auxiliary switch. (j) 230 Volts AC single phase strip type heater with toggle switch and thermostat as per manufacturer recommendation– 01 Nos. (k) Cable termination 1 x 3 core x 95 to120 sqmm XLPE (Incoming) (l) Digital Ampere Meter flush type 0 -100/50 Amps CT Operated with CT having dual ratio 100-50/ 5 + 5 (m) Numerical type 3 phase over current and earth fault relay and CT rating 5Amp operated on auxillary supply 24 volts to 110 Volts AC/DC programmable. (n) On / Off / Trip indications. (o) 3 Phase RYB indication lamp. (p) Trip circuit healthy indication lamp. (q) Tri-vector energy meter class 0.5 with RS 485 Port. (r) Cable termination Box. 1 x 3 core x 95 to 120 sqmm XLPE (Outgoing) (s) Cubical illumination lamp – 01 (t) Potential transformer ratio three single phase 11 KV/rt 3/110V/rt 3 class 0.5-3, with burden 50 VA and insulation level 28 / 75 conforming to IS – 3156 . (u) Battery Bank, comprising of 02 Volt 100AH, 12 No Battery and battery charging system made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet, 24 Volts DC for Auxillary supply. (v) Resin cast CT of ratio 100-50/5+5 class 1.0, 5P, 10 burden 15VA as per IS)

Notes:- (i) The drawings in respect of VCB shall be approved by Accepting Officer through GE and as & when requested by contractor before placing order to manufacturer (ii) VCB shall be tested by representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises before dispatch as & when requested by contractor. (iii) The testing and commissing of the VCB shall be carried out in presence of Electrical Inspector as & when requested by contractor. (iv) The cost of all above factors deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts factory made, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type, LT panel fabricated from 1.6 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti-corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), fully compartmentalized design with 4 Nos. of busbars made of high conductivity 99.90% pure copper of ETP grade suitable for 2400 Amps pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip, short circuit rating 50 KA (rms) for one second including suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS including following accessories complete all as specified & directed:- :- (i) ACB 1600 Amps 4 pole ultimate breaking capacity 50 KA drawout type with Microprocessor based protection unit with LED screen , suitable for 415 volt - 01 No (ii) Digital Multifunctional Panel meter of size 96mm X 96mm and three current transformer of suitable ratio & capacity. Notes: Layout diagram of LT Panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing. The cost of same is deemed to be included quoted rates.

Supply only mobile trolly for 1000KVA Transformer with four rubber tyres and maximum turning diameter, toebar at the front and hook on rear side with minimum ground clearance of 250mm with mudgaurd and rear and front, side reflecters sliding type with PVC ladder fitted below the base plate and should be non removal. Four wheel drum break system spring loaded drawbar, leaf spring based suspension system provision for idealing screwjack four Nos. of leveling of transfomer etc. complete all as specified & directed Notes: (i) The trolley shall be provided as per Drg No GE (AF)/TD-02/20023 dated 09 May 2023 sheet 1/1 forming part of tender document. The items not shown in Drg but specified above shall be provided as per direction of GE and cost of the same deemed to be covered in quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning HT XLPE cable (heavy duty), 11000 volts (earthed), cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with upto date amendments, laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc complete all as specified & directed.
