Procurement of Gear Box Output shaft for HP-803 mill of RTPS

a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied spares for HP-803 bowl mills to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector amounting to not less than Rs. 23.23 Lakhs (Rs. 11.61 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (Preceding 2 years for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof purchase order PO copies Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorized representatives/ dealers/Suppliers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied spares for HP-803 bowl mills to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector amounting to not less than Rs. 8.71 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26.

The intending bidder shall be a regular Manufacturer/ Authorised dealer/ Supplier of HP-803 bowl mill spares. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate/ relevant documents issued by the Competent Authority in e-portal.

The bidder shall have minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 29.10 lakhs (Rs. 14.55 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the 3 financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Copies of Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
