Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved, jointing and wooden screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) with first class kail wood having size 120mm wide 10mm thick and 3000mm long fixing with drilling screws complete as per specification, drawing, design and direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Suspended ceiling which includes Gypsum Section with serrated surface of perimeter channels ( having one flange of 20mm and another flang of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along the perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. then suspending Gypsum Surface serrated intermediate channels of size 45mm ( with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with gymsum surface serrated ceiling angel of width 25mm x10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. The gypsum surface serrated ceiling section having web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the gymsum intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the gypsum intermediate channel at 457.5mm cetre to centre complete in all respect as designe, drawing and specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Polishing two coats with melamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler as per specification, drawing, design and direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stainless steel knock down railing of KICH AISI Grade 316 (Three hundred sixteen) OF 38mm (Thirty eight millimetres) diametres hand rail fixed on 10x50mm (Ten into Fifty millimetres) SS flats baluster (design, code DT 53-2-163) (Fifty three-two-one hundred sixty three) placed at 1200mm (One thousand two hundred millimetres) centre to centre along with 3(Three) numbers at the rate of 16mm (Sixteen millimetres) mid rails connected at the side of balustered with fixture. The balustered would be fixed on the floor with casted based plate of minimum 6mm (Six millimetres) thickness. Base plates shall be consealed with suitable S.S.316 (Three hundred sixteen) GRADE cover cap. Railing height to be taken at the rate of 85cm (Eighty five centimetres) from floor level as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixng stainless steel (Grade 304) chain railing made of Hollow tubes , channels, plates etc., including welding , grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required ) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasterners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size , on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approve of Engineer - in- charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts , fasterners etc. as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 25mm (Twenty five milimetres) thick Cheema pink granite stone in flooring 55x55cm (Fifty five into Fifty five centimetres) in single piece for tread of steps/ risers with uniform nosing/ edging on 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: Four sand) laid over and jointed with Grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providnig and fixing both side Pre-laminated 19mm thick HDMR board with both side balancing lamination exterior grade IS :12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fitting wherever required, edges to be painted wit polyurethane primer (fitting to be paid separately). as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
