1.01	The work shall include cleaning and sanitation of the 400/200 kV Substation, Katni, 400 kV Control Room, Testing Division Office, and residential/non-residential premises, as per the following schedule: • Sweeping of floors, staircases and corridors of common-use areas – twice a week. • Cleaning of roads, footpaths, parking areas and surroundings of residential buildings up to 5 metres – once a week. • Cleaning of open and covered drains – once a month. • Cleaning of sewer lines – twice a year. • Daily sweeping and mopping of the Transmission/Divisional Office and Control Room – mopping once every two days. • Cleaning of wash basins and toilet seats with suitable cleaning agents – twice a month. • Collection, lifting and disposal of garbage and waste outside the premises at a suitable location. • The Contractor shall provide all required labour, cleaning materials, tools, equipment and water for the work. The entire work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge and to the satisfaction of the competent authority.	12	Months	-	-	18%
