Comprehensive AMC for additional cold Storage room at Annadanam, Sri PAT, Tiruchanur for three years after warranty period of one year.

Comprehensive AMC for 1st Year

Comprehensive AMC for 2nd Year

Comprehensive AMC for 3rd Year

Scope of Work: (1) Attending Preventive maintenance for 4 times during the contract i.e., Quarterly once. (2) Free replacement of defective / worn out parts with new service part such as Compressor, Fan motor for both IDU & ODUK, Fan Blades, Electrical parts such as temperature controllers, relay, contactor, capacitor and thermostats etc., and Refrigerant Gas Charging if required. (3) Attending any number of Breaks Down calls if any when required. (4) Service reports should be send to the D.E(Elec)-I and concern Dy.EE(Elec), AE/AEE(Elec) soon after every service.

Note: (i) The Tender will be finalized based on overall lowest cost of Part-A and Part-B of the Tender. Agreement for Part-A and Part-B portion of work will be concluded separately from the lowest tenderer. (ii) Service report is respect of the above system shall be submitted to the concern Dy.E.E(Elec)-TTD-PAT and AE(Elec).

(iii) Payment will be made quarterly basis after service on pro rate basis .

(iv) All minor repairs should be rectified within 6 hours and major repairs like compressorreplacement should be completed with 3 days . Penalty of Rs 5,000/-per day over and above given allowed period .

(v) The rates quoted for Part-A and Part-B portions of work should be of basic price excluding GST.
