Notes for all item :- (i) The entire scope of work shall be carried out from ground level to nearly upto 50 metres of height in a scattered location. (ii) The work shall be carried out on vertical surfaces, flat RCC roof, sloped mangalore roof and sloped galvalume sheet with slope varying from 1:1 to 1:0.5 . (iii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive for boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers including accidental coverage insurance for workmen employed. (iv) Quated rate included for any other T&P required to complete the work and no extra claim will be entertained. (v) Scaffolding shall be set up to carry out the work where the boomlift are not approachable near the building due to the terrain/design criteria,

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting / galvalume sheet any gauge, thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 0.50 mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F 0.5 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws , rivetting with existing roof sheets/ valley gutters, bolting on to parepat walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof incl finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc) and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in roof slab padding n exc 15 cm thickness in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof with water proofing compound, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards of aluminium metal planks or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness and specification with cover fillets and including aluminium snap grid frame work, carrier span and hangers all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified The snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto roof/truss height) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; Minimum average thickness of anodizing (coating of anodizing) on all aluminum section and fitting shall be 15 micron

M&L for 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to aluminium framework complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre painted polyester coated aluminium alloy, glossy finish, 3mm thickness, 50micron coating (metal planks) for false ceiling including provision of suitable carrier span and hangers as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item ser No 11 above but except sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing sadarahally stone of any thickness from vertical cladding/fixed on wall, horizontally or in slope complete including nut and bolts all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 to 25 mm thick flame finished sadarahally machine cut stone cladding fixed with stainless steel clamp and anchor fasteners Hilti make stainless steel anchor fastners one set consists stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm on vertical surface of wall and column. Following precautions shall be taken before fixing stone cladding. a) Suitable depression (approx. 5mm width and 25 mm depth on vertical face) shall be made to fix the stainless steel clamp. b) Suitable drill hole to the surface of stone and wall/column to fix shall be made to fix anchor fasteners. c) Make good the surface of drilled portion (where headless bolts are inserted) using universal surface filler(supertak or equivalent). Note : 1. Quated rates are included for the cost of Scaffolding/Boom lift/Crane as required and all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described 2. Cost of Hilti make anchor Fasteners, clamps and headless bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed from site without any delay and shall be stacked at places where Engineer in Charge directed.

M & L for applying two coat of polyurethane liquid or silicone based water repellant repellin WR of Pedilite or equivalent for water proofing treatment before plastering on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Luxalon 84R Hi mirror false ceiling system consisting of panel 84mm wide x 16 mm deep made out aluminium at a height approximately 25M from the ground level at foyer of AMBC Nalandha Bldg all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Luxalon 84R Hi mirror false ceiling system consisting of panel 84mm wide x 16 mm deep made out of 0.5mm thick anodised aluminium of chrome finish. The panel should be chipped to a baked enameled aluminium panel carrier made out of 0.95mm thick already fixed at a height more than 25m from floor level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of two coats of TankMastic bituminous Anti-corrosive Multi-purpose coating Make STP Ltd or equivalent on corrosive portion of MS sheet valley gutter as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Application Methodology (a) Surface Preparation - The surface shall be cleaned thoroughly of all contaminants like dust, traces of curing compound, oil and grease. All surface imperfections and protrusions shall be removed and repaired. (b) Material Preparation - Stir TankMastic thoroughly before use to make it homogeneous. After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. (c) Application of Material - Apply TankMastic as supplied on the prepared surface by brush / roller / spray. Repeated coats shall be given only after the earlier coat dries completely minimum 12 to 16 hrs after 1st coat.
