M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) 20mm graded agg in foundation incl rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases of column etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded agg) design mix in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of colums, raft and raft beams, slides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter rough finished surface of complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS TMT bars 5 mm dia as in reinforcement and over upto 10 mm dia cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking as in stirrups and nibs (6 mm dia) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Steel gate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in steel gate framed and side hung incl pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolt monkey tail bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide of surface exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished rough to receive wall finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) slab for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats cement based paint on over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Surface excavation n.exe (not exceeding) 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep & getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for hardcore of guage n. exc63mm, deposited, spread & leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F precast PCC kerbs stone machine pressed factory made of size 150x125x350 mm (L-300mm T-100mm H-300 mm) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) maximum depration from a straight edge, incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M& L providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver 80 mm thick (M-40 grade) with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern laid over a layer of 40 mm thick Sand cushion including filling the joint with sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavation material exe. 250m but n exc. 500m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of block masonary or concrete surfaces in 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia soil waste and rainwater drainage pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint laid in floor or fixed on wall all as spd & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B 1 using 20 mm graded agg as in copping incl. necessary form work & finishing exposed surface of concrete complete all as specified and shown in drawing

M&L providing 35 mm thick pre cast cement concrete louverd and jallies in 1:2:4 type Bo finished in CM , including all moulding and frame work complete all as specified and directed.
