Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed, stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete/PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 150 mm dia fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed, stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete/PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 100 mm/110 mm dia fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to 150 mm dia DWCPE/SWR /PVC pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and jointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to 110/100 mm dia SGSW /PVC pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in for coping, haunching and the similar work weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specifed and directed.

M& L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8 )Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs suported on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L form work to the soffits and side suspended slab finished even and smooth complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide, finished rough finished surface complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks aggregate of gauge 40 to 80mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregatre as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished surfaces of drain or channels, inner girth 30 cms, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/hardstanding/path finished fair and even without using extra cement and providing 10mm wide joints throughout thickness duly filled with mastic filling after every 2.5m/ turning complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out manhole covers/gully traps of any type and any depth removing the sludge/solid content from the manhole/gully trap by manual/ mechanical method and also cleaning the sewage line of any dia and at any depth either by water pressure or by any other flushing or roding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer lines and manhole/gully trap fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The complaint shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 24 hours complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of septic tank/soakage pit of any size, type and any depth and removing the sludge/solid content from the septic tank/soakage pit by manual/ mechanical method or any other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements and make the septic tank/soakage pit fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge also to remove the sludge/solid contents out of defence land including covering with a layer of earth and repositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage IWC, EWC, Wash Basin, gully trap, floor trap etc either by hand pump or by rodding or by any other means untill clear flow is observed all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into exisiting manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel, half round or 3/4 section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B smooth finished and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 110/150mm complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone agg) 100mm thick as in base/ sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti fungal chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point,in complete all as specified and directed
