Improvement to Service Road of Padakana Minor from RD. 550M to 1410M for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50meters outside the periphery of the area including all cost of labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical menas loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 5Km on properly prepared and scinetifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 c.m layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area including watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compction by PRR and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of PRR with royalty of earth etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition)

Waterint upto OMC condition and compaction b sheepfoot rollers and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% dry densite including hire and running charges of all the mechaniries including cost of labour T&P complete as per direction 0f the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition)

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment of facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achiee minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridges works (4th Revision) with all labour T&P Hire charges of machaneries and LW cess complete as per diection of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agggregated to wet mix macadam specification including permixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-bse/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) including cost, conveyance, royalties, cess taxes of all materials, all labour, hire and running charges of all machinaries, T&P sundries etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepare surface of granular sub base including cleaning the road surface and sprayer primer @ 0.60Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specification for road and bridges with cost, carriage and all other taxes including cost of labour T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using enulsion distributor @ 0.20Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th revision) with cost, carriage, labour T&P and all other taxes of materials etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 50mm thick Bituminous macadam with Batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of required grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hudrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lvel and alignement and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to acheive the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge work (4th revision) including cost, carriage, royalty, cess, taxes of all materials, all labour, hire and running charges of all machinaries, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying HDBC of 25mm thick on prepared surface and laying with paver finisher to the required level rolling with paver finisher etc complete including cost, carriage, royalty, cess, taxes of all materials, all labour, hire and running charge of all machinaries T&P sundries etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, conveying and stacking good quality of Moorum from approved quarry and approved quality at work site on regular box of heaps of size 1.5x1.5x0.50m to be measured as one cum and conveying from pre-measured stacks and consolidation with HRR including watering with, cost, carriage royalty and all other taxes of all required materials etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
