Demolition of Unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including disposal of old materials to a distance exceeding 500mtr but not exceeding 1.0 Km, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame shutter(without taking off shutter from the frame) but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over including 15 mm thick screed bead in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 50mm thick, plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/Sqm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, 200mm handles 02 Nos in each door , hinges 3 nos for each leaf,tower bolt 150mm long 2 nos, sliding door bolt 300 mm, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc. , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

All as per Srl item No 1.08 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.
