Designing and conceptualisation of well-designed Theme Pavilion (1000 to 1200 sq. ft.) with proper display (including mannequin, hangers, frames, and other required accessories), lighting, logos, graphics and artwork, complete with construction of wooden Structure, Raised Platform along with fully carpeted flooring and required Furniture. Designer Props at required place. Led Screen - 1 No. (Size - 42" to 65" inch), wooden digital posters and other par can, RGB & fancy lights with colourful decoration.

TOILETS & Waste Management

Portable chemical toilets (each separate for Ladies and Gents) with proper staff. Facility should be provided one day before the event.

Adequate Cleaning and Sanitizer Material for toilets, hand wash, paper napkin, scented phenyls, odonils etc for the entire exhibition period.

Dustbins with bio-degradable garbage bags at prominent places of event (as required)

Garbage cleaning & collection van (2 times a day) with manpower for the entire period of the event. Waste disposal should be done as per the AMC norms.

Human Resource / Manpower Requirement

Security Guard (Male-6 & Female - 2) (Quote rate per guard for 08 days)

Charges for sanitation/cleaning workers (with proper uniform) for 08 days with cleaning materials

Providing of Fire extinguishers in exhibition area ABC type cylinders with sand buckets (CO2 Water and Powder mix with Refilling Dates). Sufficient equipment to be placed at various locations as per directions of Fire Department.

CCTV Cameras setup all over the venue with the following features: A. Camera should be night vision. B. LCD Monitors for CCTV camera - 2 Nos. C. Recording DVR D. operator & technician
