REPAIR/ MODIFICATION OF CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLON NEWAR INTO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYTOP UNDER GE CLEMENT TOWN, DEHRADUN

Removing of unserviceable nylon Newar from charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose componenets of (i.e complete charpoy) and S&F plywood 12 mm thick BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 OF REQUIRED 6.5'X3' size(1980x900 mm) fixed with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length , 12 mm x 6mm thick 1st class wood beading half round duly varnished along the edges of the plywood and round at corner fixed with fevicol and headless nails, S&F three stiffeners 900 mm long made out of MS flat iron, 40x5 mm size duly painted with two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer to be fixed over the long rails drilling holes in flat iron and long rail by two nos of semi circular top of 4mm dia 75 mm long nut and bolts. 10 nos Nut and bolts with semi circular top bolts of 4mm dia and 75mm long with steel washers to be used (03 nos at each long rail, and 02 nos at each short rail) and 06 nos nuts and bolts with semi circular top 4 mm dia and 35 mm long with steel washers to be used (02 nos at each flat iron in beetween long rail) for fixing of plywood top complete all as directed.
