Establishment, Commissioning of 10 MLD Sewage treatment plant followed by 5 MLD Tertiary treatment plant along with 2 modules of 1.50 MLD each Common Effluent Treatment Plant with 1.50MLD Capacity RO System & ZLD Facilities on Total Turnkey basis, including Operation & Maintenance of entire plant for a period of 10 years at KWIN City at Phase-1 in Nelamanagala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District (2nd Call)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer his name/company/firm should have in the last five years period 2021-22 to 2025-26. (Updated to 2026-27 Price level). The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed(at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor for at least one water infrastructure work like Jackwell with Pump House, Pumping Mains, construction of STP/TTP/CETP/WTP with allied works, value not less than Rs.4850.00 lakhs whose capacity not less than 8MLD of STP/5MLD of TTP/1.5MLD of CETP with ZLD facilities/20MLD of WTP can bid along with the Technology providers, who have Satisfactorily built, completed and Commissioning of 8.0 MLD capacity STP/5MLD of TTP and Constructed and Commissioned 1500 KLD capacity CETP with ZLD facility completed within last five financial years as per the scope of work and shall be in satisfactory service for a period of minimum one year from the date of commissioning. Technology Providers can be separate for TTP & CETP projects. Wherein, the Technology Provider shall offer his credentials to one bidder only. (The work done Certificates and other documents issued only in the name of Technology Provider as a lead member will be accepted)

Executed in any one financial year by the Tenderer & Technology Provider, the following minimum quantities of work on Total Turnkey Basis: Certificates of proof shall be enclosed from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Reputed Organizations (i) Tenderer: (1) Earthwork: 1600 Cum, (2) RCC: 960 Cum, (3) TMT/HYSD Steel: 720 MT. (4) VT/HSC Pumps of Capacity not less than 500 kW: 2 Nos., (ii) Technology Provider (Technology Provider credentials in a project executed as a Lead Member will be accepted) (1) ULTRAFILTRATION membranes: 4000 KLD, (2) RO Membranes: 500 KLD, (3) MEE/MVRE : 75 KLD

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing electrical works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs.10.00 Crores (usually not less than 50% of the electrical works) in any one year.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work. The remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished: (Furnish details of plant/machinery/ equipment etc.,)

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (AxNx1.5 - B), where, A: Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B: Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 24 Months. (Period of completion of the works which tenders are invited)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer his name/company/firm should have in the last five years period 2021-22 to 2025-26. (Updated to 2026-27 Price level).Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.97.00 Crores (Contract Works Only)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.29.10 Crores (Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from Public sector banks/ Nationalized Banks (as per RBI guidelines) not less than 30% of the amount put to tender for meeting the fund requirement etc).
