Taking down AC sheet : Taking down damaged AC sheets 6mm thick from the roof of any height, including removal of nuts, bolts washers, hooks or crank bolts from purlins etc. Removed AC sheets are to be deposited at maintenance section stores and debris is to be removed and dumped at ear marked places. Complete all as specified and directed at site. B87.

Fair cutting straight or raking, not exc 10 cm width or girth on exposed surfaces of brickwork such as in splays, chamfers, etc. including rubbed finish and waste. Complete all as specified and directed at site.

Galvalume sheet : Supply and fixing of pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapezoidal profile roofing sheets of thickness 0.5 mm having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall with self tapping screws etc. Make : JSW, Essar, TATA Blue scope. Complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work : Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:6 cement mortar. Complete all as specified and directed

Demlition of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. All debris are to be removed and dumped at ear marked places. Complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling of aluminium false ciling frame work / expanded metal not exc. 4.0 kg/ sqm, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any position. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. such as roofing sheets, false ceiling boards, wall linings etc of any description to a distance of 1500m including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

False ceiling boards : Supply and fixing of Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium Gypsum / silicate boards 8.0 mm thick of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid. Make Gyprock or as approved by EIC. Complete all as specified and directed.

False ceiling frame work : Supply and fixing of Anodised aluminium snap grid 605x605 mm size frame work for false ceiling all as specified and as direted.

Hangers : Supply and fixing of Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed at site.

Plastering : Rendering of 12mm thick plastering with 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Complete in all respects as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as specified and directed.

5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame.

Synthetic enamel painting on wood / wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, using brand Asian- Asian Apcolite, Berger (LUXOL Brand)– One coat, all as specified and directed.

CC paving : CC 1:2:4 type-B1 in floors/ paving with 20mm graded aggregate, 40 mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed.

Screed Bed : Screed Bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor tiles in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

Stone flooring : Machine cut Tandur / cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in all respects as approved and directed by EIC at site.

Excavation : Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard/dense soils and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum filling: Moorum filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exe. 15cm thick , spread leveled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

Hard core with broken stone/ boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, and watered consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering. Complete all as specified and directed.

RCC paving : RCC 1:2:4 in floors/ paving of type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded aggregate, 100 mm thick with even and smooth surface without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel (S&F) : Structural steel work confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A for framed work as in doors or gates of angles and other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook or hinges or steel hanging door hinges and hangings. also fastening and fixing complete. including application of one coat of zinc chromate primer paint. Complete all as specified directed. Make:TATA, Jindal.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia. Nominal bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

Taking Down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (Light, Fan, Socket, Power point) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc to be measured seperately) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down carefully by unscrewing from board /outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tubelight fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site or carrying to the store (to be measured only when found serviceable in all respect complete for reuse). Complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring: Supply and fixing /Drawing of cables in PVC conduit of 1"or 3/4" Dia ,one Light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq.mm size of FR PVC copper conductor, Each point should have seperate phase,neutral and earth wire. Make: Finolex/Havells/polycab/L&T in PVC conduit,includes all accessories like bends, tees,screws,clips , plugs,clamps,junction boxes ,cutting holes in or through walls,fixing of boards and grouted into the wall,earth wire etc and testing as specified. Wiring on metal trusses to be done with proper metal clamps(cable ties should not be used). All connections to be given by copper Pin/eye type lugs including for earth connections.Complete all as specified and directed.
