Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing off the debris out side premises of Dock Yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of paver block of any description and removing debris outside from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete( un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 type (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerb or similar work, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) n sub base of floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter screed bed as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished to drain or channel 60 cm inner girth (inner girth only measured) in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds/ slopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete and removal of debris outside dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of man holes, septic tank etc set in CM 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds etc chamber etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) Type- A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresse etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) Type- A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar work etc. as in fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of walls the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of walls the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M.S. framed work such as grills gratings etc with end of bars shouldered/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar works steel quality conforming to Fe-290, Grade E- 165 complete all as specified directed .

M&L mild steel plate plain or chequerred channels, squre cut to notch (ordinary or counter sunk forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up deposited silt / earth from existing brick drain / open drain and culverts to clean the water ways and removing the deposited silt / earth to a distance not exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed

Taking out accumulated garbage and other deposits such as broken bricks, silt etc from manholes / gully trap of depth n.exc 1.5 mtr, cleaning as directed and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and buried below ground level including necessary excavation of pits and returning, filling in, sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of soil around to slope, if any and all as directed, stacking serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out accumulated garbage and other deposits such as broken bricks, silt etc from manholes / gully trap of depth exc. 1.5 mtr. but n.exc 2.5 mtr, cleaning as directed and removing the same to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and buried below ground level including necessary excavation of pits and returning, filling in, sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of soil around to slope, if any and all as directed, stacking serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of drain pipe (SGSW/hume pipe) upto 200 mm dia by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and including disposing off the deposited sludge inside pipes from manholes to a distance n. exc. 200 mtr burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavating of pits and returning filling in sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of surplus soil around slope if any complete all as specified & directed.
