S&F sub main wiring with two single core FRIS PVC insulated and sheeted 1100 Volts grade 4.0 sqmm size cables PVC insulated stranded copper condutor fixed in PVC condunt pipe 25mm dia with all accessories and one continuous run of 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor pvc (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing surface) (Note- Two single core cables along with earth wire and condunt shall be measured as one unit length)

Material and Labour for PVC insulated twin core flat 10 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty multistranded aluminium, conductor cable in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI wire including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S & F 20 mm bore Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all GI fittings (such as bend,elbows,tees, connections, short pieces, back, nuts, unions, caps & plugs etc) laid in trenches or fixed on walls or on open surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation of fully autonomous, CPRI tested Early Streamer Emission Lightning Conductor (ESELC) with gain in triggering time of minimum 20 us, radius of protection 37 meters in level 1 protection zone incl complete installation on 5 meter mast along with required guying arrangement required if any or other accessories for installing ESELC on the roof top of the Building/tower for the protection of the building/structure from direct lightning strikes complete all as specified and directed Make : Tercel model No Tz-20 or equvilent in make Indelec / Erico.

Supply & laying of 70 Sq.mm copper flexible cable as down conductor from air terminal to the earth test link installed on the wall of the building 2 mtrs above the ground complete all as specified and directed Note: The cost of earth test link shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor

Supply and installation of lightning transient event counter resettable 6 digit LCD display with in built lithium battery in IP67 rating enclosure with transparent lid,mounting arrangements etc as required complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for creating of CPRI Tested earth pits material using ISOGEL earth enhanced compound of 20 kgs, ISOROD advanced chemical earth rod made with copper tube of 2.5” dia, 8 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically complete with flanges bends top cover heavy duty plastic for earth pit cover cum inspection chamber including excavation and refilling etc as required to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value below 1 ohms complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of 25x3 mm Copper strip from Earth Test link to the Earth pit through 40mm light grade GI pipe complete all as specified and directed

6. Supply & Fix for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, GI pipe, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

S & F Exhaust fan plastic body heavy duty ISI mark, 250 mm size with louvers including all connecting accessories and cutting openings, through brick/ stone wall and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed

S&F Exhaust fan metallic bady ISI mark, 300 mm size with louvers including cutting openings, through brick/ stone wall , making of holes and grouting of suitable size of nuts and bolts for 300 mm exhaust fan and making good dismantled portion and making connection with wire of suitable size and connecting accesssories complete all as specified and directed.
