S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer,as in purlin / rafter, ms plate and connecteing works etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel grade SS 304 12mm dia Anchor fastener 150mm long for fixing mild steel plates of 8 mm thickness to walls & floors complete all as specified and directed.. Make: Hilti or equivalent

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth ,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16 mm thick Toughened glass fixed with necessary stainless steel framing and supports cut to shape reqiured with rounded edges fixed with chromium plated screws to floors and walls including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) or chequred or interlocking tiles removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 SQM not exceeding 3.00 SQM, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match premium quality as in floor etc and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

..ditto.. as per Item no 8 above but as in skirting with 10mm thick rendering on wall ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & fixing false ceiling 12 mm thick semi perforated GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass FibreReinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistanceof 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.
