M&L for providing screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish, mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to slab area with smartcare APP membrane 3.00 mm thick polyester modified preformed membrane mineral finish with the help of torching with side overlap of 100mm to be done over one coat of smartcare bitumen primer apllied with brush/roller laying achieving a forced coverage of 4 sqmt/ltr as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 40 mm in adequate slope on roof surfaces for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of tank base platform, etc. and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board with fittings and any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F False ceiling with 12mm thick of size 1.20mx1.80m plaster of Paris sheets fixed with machine screws on and including GI channel 22 gauge thick grid work, main joists placed at 1.20m center to centre, cross joists placed at 450mm centre to centre, hanging with 22 gauge GI strip suspenders from roof, ‘J’ hooks bolts and nuts etc and treating the POP sheets with thin layer of POP with Gypsum anhydrous binder and prepare the surface till smooth surface is achieved and applying two coats of texture paint of any pattern and design over a coat of texture primer on ceiling sheets all complete as required as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr-in-Charge during execution of work. (b) The exposure surface of the false ceiling shall be joint less even smooth to receive texture paint. (c) The POP Sheets shall be fixed with suitable screws below the grid shall not be placed over the grid.

M&L for decorative cornices/moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc. 25Sqcm and n.exc 50Sqcm as per pattern and design as approved and fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of textured paint over primers match with the ceiling sheets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pattern and design shell be directed by Engr in Charge during execution of work.

Complete removal of the existing treatment on old / new plastered surface of walls / ceiling and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of approved primer matching with the colour of ceiling sheets complete including one coat of average POP punning of average thickness 3mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : The POP Punning shall be carried out immediately after removing the existing treatment of wall surfaces. Application of Plastic emulsion paint shall be carried out by roller application in monolithic manner

S&F False ceiling of non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx600mmx4mm thick over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross member) of size 20mmx20mmx1.00mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will be supported on side wall with the use of 'L' section of size 20mmx20mmx1.00 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia. Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of brick / stone / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. including removal of debries out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection by taking down old plaster, damaged concrete surface,cutting of exposed reinforcement and making good with 1:4 including admixture of SBR (cost of SBR including) as per manufacture, and provide reinft cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required, necessary scafolding, formwork etc up to 9mtr heigh and applying 10 mm thick rendring in cement mortar 1:3, finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Reinft will be paid separately.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connection and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connection and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, fixed on wall concealed or exposed / ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cutting chease wherever required will be measured & paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity triple layer (white), rotational molded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 1000 litres capacity tripple layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank with cover (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), colour white, hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : (a) Contractor to supply one carpenter and one plumber with necessary helper to report to the concerned JE in morning by 0900 hrs to attend the necessary repair and complaints failing which necessary recovery of Rs.1000/- per day will be effected. (b) Ratesfor above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by the contractor against BOQ / Schedule 'A' items. No extra payment in this regards to be made to the contractor.
