DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and block walling removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any positions not otherwise specially provided for removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description not otherwise specially provided for removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and sub base floor concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry (EXCEPT STONE), un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - OLD STONE OBTAINED FROM DEMOLITION SHALL BE USED UNDER THIS ITEM AS PER DIRECTION OF ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE.

M & L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of cement concrete surface in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (withour using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, kota stone/granite slab including screed bed and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequred cement concrete rubber moulded tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
