Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, Kerbs aprons etc laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 05 here-in-before, but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in side of drain/channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before, but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' laid on edge as in drains bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 9 here-in-before, but except bricks. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drain, complerte all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor,or in hard standing, finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment with screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 in 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl. cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for angle iron posts and struts in water channel and grating including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in top surface of drain or in coping, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick , in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays complete all as spwecified and as directed.

Demolition of damaged RCC cover slab of any description as in septic tank, soak well, manhole and gully trap etc (including separating of reinforcement) and removal of debris to a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs and spreading. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in cover slab of drains, etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) comlete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 15 mm bore. Complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 15mm dia steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel galvanized steel tubing 15 mm bore with screwed socket joints, medium grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete .complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 20mm dia steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed
