Micro tunneling with 63mmODHDPBC 5mm thick pipe through 1mtr.Below the road of providing 100mm.diaG.I pipe (Class B medium of approved quality with I.S.I marked) and laying cables through the pipe by opencutting method at a depth of 1000mm and 300mm wide and refilling the gap with white sand duly compacted to the satisfaction of the engineer-in - charge.

Dismantling of Cantilever signal arm with ladder and other safty accessories

Erection of single steel tubular pole up to 9m, including MS sole plate (23 mm dia * 6 mm thick ) cap, etc, over flyover bridge, etc, with C.C. foundation (4:3:1) with graded stone chip (3/4" down) surrounding the pole base 2’ * 2’ up to a height of 1.35 m (4.1/2") from the pole base with 2 coats of black paint and then fixing the pole by means of 3 nos 4" * 1.1/2" * ¼” clamps to the fencing of the bridge at a suitable distance and providing the passage of wire / cable leading through hard polythene pipe (1.1/2") and also ebonite sheet 4-way ebonite terminal connector block including connection with lug by crimping arrangement and also neat cementing of pole base and finishing.

Supply and installation of cantilever pole(Class B Medium.M.Spipe of ISI marked) of approved design of 9.2 metre in lengh with 3metre overhang including providing foundation (as perdrawing enclosed) Junction Box, painting with pole caps of Fiber-glass and red oxide primer and two coats of traffic Alluminium paint of approved quality.

Supply and installation of Polycarbonate signal aspects of size 300 mm. dia. including Light Emitting Diode (LED) display units, visor, lenses of appropriate colour brackets, frame works, clamping bars, flexible wires, flexible pipes etc. for side mounting, wiring etc. for per aspect of signal head.

Supply and installation of microcomputer microprocessor based Auto/Manual Traffic Sequence Controller including providing of cabinet ,Junction Box and other accessories necessary to equip the Controller fully.All Controller shall be full euipped to meet method of control specified for given intersection and shall be capable of expansion,upgradation including, synchronisation with set of signals on site at further date .Controller shall be equiped for taking seven phases,including Pedestrain phases. Controllers shall be capable of operating in the modes. a) Fixed time. b) Demand dependent as per plan c) Manual. d) Flashing. There should be a provision of 8 set of plan a day and to be operated by 12V DC/230V AC

Supply & fixing of Battery power backup systems i) 12V,100 Ah tall tubular 2 nos of battery (Make-Exide or equivalent EIC approved) ii) one no.700 VA sine wave and 12 V input inverter (Make Exide or equivalent EIC approved) iii) 15A changeover switch and necessary wiring.

Supply & Installation: 3KVA Voltage Stabilizer with a minimum 1-year warranty.
