Providing and laying antiskid vetrified tiles size 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match including rubbing and polishing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) (thickness to specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, lovery, gray, fume red brown, laid on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with gray cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of snowcem/apox of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel/wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ (at the rate of) 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 (ten) litre capacity white P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg (thirty five kilogram) and door width upto 700 mm(seven hundred millimetre), with necessary accessories and screws etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Prelaminated medium density fibre board exterior (Grade-I) IS:14587:1998 marked to frame, backing or studding with screws etcetera complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately).Prelaminated with decorative lamination on both side exterior Grade -IMDF board 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick conforming to IS:14587, complete with all accessories including carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cabinets/cup board made of 19mm (Nineteen millimetre) thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box with shutter of 19mm (Nineteen millimetre) with 1mm thick lamination as exposed face and 8 mm (Eight millimetre) thick ply in back with piano hinges with all accessories to be required as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
