Dismantling of PP chemical pumps, electrical fittings and base plate.

(a) Disposal of all foundation material as per site in charge

(b) Providing & fixing of new pump foundations

Repairing of badly damaged PP chemical pumps with original Leak Proof Co’s spare parts. The parts that are likely to be changed as per pump requirement will be among the following: Casing, Hex nuts & bolts, Mech. Seal, Sleeve, Bearing IB & OB, oil seal IB & OB, back plate, gland, impeller etc. Make Leak proof. Also remarking of tanks to show incremental increase of filling 1 ton of PAC per 1/10 of height.

Supply of new identical chemical PP pump with 3 hp motor and pump accessories. Make Leak Proof pump with motor .Providing motor with FRP Protection sheet cover.

Installing all the pumps with motors

Repair/servicing of electrical motors and providing plastic cover sheet on electrical motors.

Providing and fixing of control boxes consisting of MCB, starter, preventer three phase bulb indicators, Voltmeter, Ammeter, cables as required and fixing on wall as per site conditions. Make Bentex/Anmol/equivalent.

Providing of heavy base plate with ss nuts & bolts and balancing the pump and motor for proper functioning.

Cleaning of 10,000 lit HDPE Rotax tanks filled with solidified PAC up to 3ft-4ft height at Chandrawal Plant II. The scrapping and removal has to be done with utmost care as not to damage the side walls of old HDPE tanks whose sides have hardened over time. This work has to be done under the supervision of manufacturers’ personnel of Rotax make .

S/o 50mm PVC ball valve assembly with PVC cut flanges, Gaskets, SS nuts & bolts, ss washers. Make Parth/equivalent

S/o 2” PVC pipe in 10kg/cm2 rating. Make Prince/equivalent

S/o PVC fittings including tank nipples where required

Laying of 150 meter 2” pipeline underground as per site requirements including covering of pipe by CC 1:3:6 with compact B/wall. Make Prince/equivalent.

(i) S/o Acrylic level indication system with valves fittings for 10,000/- lit. Chemical tanks. Make: Akko

(ii) All acrylic tubes will be fixed and clamped on thick PVC sheet 12’x1’x1/2” including marking indicating PAC amount in an 1 MT incremental . Thick PVC sheet to be fixed in MS angle frame arrangement and fixed on the tanks as a suitable system. Make Akko

S/o 500 lit chemical tank with removal and providing of new foundations. Make Rotax/ equivalent

(i) S/o Acrylic level indication system with valves fittings for 500 lit. Chemical tanks. Make: Akko.

(ii) All acrylic tubes will be fixed and clamped on thick PVC sheet 6’x1’x1/2” including marking indicating PAC amount in an 1 MT incremental . Thick PVC sheet to be fixed in MS angle frame arrangement and fixed on the tanks as a suitable system. Make Akko

S/o 1” Ball cock float assembly for controlling level of PAC in 500 lit. Tanks. Make Akko

S/o 25mm gate valves Make Prince/equivalent

S/o 3” PVC ball valve assembly with PVC cut flanges, Gaskets, SS nuts & bolts, ss washers. Make Parth

S/o 3” UPVC tank nipples, with fittings and cap including labor for installing and making holes in the chemical tanks. Tanks have to be refilled again and again to achieve zero leak in old hardened Chemical tanks.Make:Akko

Labor charges for dismantling and disposing /depositing of material as per site in charge of all existing installed items at site consisting of all pipeline, valves, tanks etc.

Commissioning & testing including providing full services within the guarantee period.
