Providing Manning and operation services for Main Receiving station at Coochbehar with HT VCB's for each shift of 8 hours by providing one skilled electrician in each shift of one unskilled helper in shift will aquainted with 11 KV VCB's/11KV/433 V Transformers, HT/LT network confugaration HT 11 KV UG/OH feeders & LT Panel boards for providing following services including Sunday and Holidays. (i) Attending & Maintenance of all incoming and outgoing VCB's/RMU's 4 pole & 2 Pole structure and LT/HT network system at Coochbehar Stn. (ii) Attending complaints of HT/LT net work system all coochbihar Stn. (iii) Maintenance of transformer 11KV/433 V by tightting the legs of HT/LT bushs. (iv) Maintenance of LT panles, tigtnes the loose connection of LT cable, OH conductor etc (v) Attending the brakdown work & restroing of power supply. (vi) Cleaning the entire area of MRS/4 &2 pole structures/LT Panel board and transformer area in the Coochbihar Stn. (vii) Inform to JE concern any abnormally in the electric supply/distribution system in the Stn. (a) Electrician (Skilled) - 03 Nos (b) Helper (Un-Skilled) - 03 Nos

Outsourcing of maintenance and operation service of the deploying of experienced man power per day for providing Manning and operation services of PH No- 13 & PH-26 MAP PH-II PKT 2, PH No-16 , PH No-10 & PH-18 , PH No-09 & PH-24 (MAP PH II Pocket-1 NZ), Cooch Behar PH No-01, Cooch Behar PH No-03 and PH Telepara by Operating the installed machinery and equipment i.e. Chlorine dosing plant, LT Pannel, Voltage stabilizers, ATS starters and its connected accessories round the clock including operation of control valves and rectitying minor defects (like gland leaking loose nut & bolts, inspection of panel, general cleaning of Pump House Installations and its surrounding area including vegetation & undergroth etc) for smooth, timely and trouble free operation of installations including Sunday and Holidays. (ii) Semi-Skilled (FGM) - 21 Nos

Supply and replacement of over load protection relay 20-30 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz - 01 Nos Notes for item Ser No 1 and 3 (a) Water residual chlorine content test to be done as per direction of AGE (b) All safety and cleaning equipment (i.e. grass cutting machine, cotton cloth, cleaning liquid, broom etc) to be provided by contractor. (c) Payment to all staff/employes for rendering services is to be made as per minimum wages act of central/state minimum wages which ever is higher through bank account of employes. (d) (i) At the time of submission of bill, proof in respect of payment made to the employess alongwith EPF/PF details also to be submitted. (ii) Before commencement of work list of allemployees/staff is to be submitted to GE along with qualificition/experiance, details of ID proof. (iii) Inventry of installatins attatched as Appx Á'. (iv). Contractor should quote rates as per prevailing minimum wages as applicabel and considering all statutory payment as per Govt Rules in existing failing which tender will be treated as non bonafied and such bidder will be debarred for future quoting of tender for next six months.
