Operation & Maintenance O & M Fee for 5 year Operation Service Period for cleaning and maintaining for new In-situ Nall Treatment unit proposed in 4 Drains for a total capacity of 1.0 MLD conforming to the relevant Service Levels including all necessary tasks, activities and obligations as necessary for operations, maintenance and management of waste water and all related infrastructure comprising of RCC drains, Coirvel treatment unit, Biomats, Biocurtains, CTU filing, Flo-rafts, plantation done by SINE IIT Bombay Company EEPL , Bubbled air Diffusers and disinfection arrangement and solar panels and necessary electric boards etc including the periodical cleaning of screens, removal of floating materials collected in the screens and removal of sludges in the drains and cleaning of the coir mats, Bio curtains, CTU units, Flo-rafts plantation etc and periodical remedial measures for repairing the diffusers and all the electical and mechanical parts and replacement of the spares etc complete including collection of the ULB’s revenue, customer services including recording and redressing customer complaints, including all administrative tasks, management tasks and all services to be provided as a prudent etc., as well as cost of management, wages, incentives, operations, maintenance, spares, administration, equipment, transport, taxes and levies, including all necessary preventive and reactive maintenance of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation units, administration, transport, communications, management information systems, reporting, including cost of all wages, chemicals, electricity*, consumables, administration, transport, spares, insurance, taxes levies etc., complete but excluding statutory payments. *Electricity: Bidders shall note the arrangements for pricing and payment of electricity charges will be borne by ULB's. Coirvel treatment units (CTUs) Providing, fabricating, installation of Coirvel treatment units in mild steel and providing epoxy anti rust and water proof coating to the framework with mesh in between frames, complete done under guidance of SINE IIT Bombay Company-EEPL on payment by the contractor with single unit having tentative rectangular mesh frame of dimensions of 1.0 m width, 0.5 m length, and 1.2 m depth and top and bottom framing plates of 0.5 m length and 1.0 m width, etc and plantation in CTU as complete in 4 Drains (DBO Item)

Biomats, Biocurtains, CTU filing, Flo-rafts, plantation done by SINE IIT Bombay Company EEPL Providing, loading, unloading, and fixing of Heatlon sheet frame of 4' x 6' or available sizes and fixing in sections, Providing, supplying, and application of tie locks as required at the time of plantation, Providing, loading, unloading, and fixing of Plastic Mesh as required at the time of plantation, Providing, loading, unloading, and fixing of Cocunut Coir and coir ropes and fixing in sections, Providing, loading, unloading Plants (Canna indica) and plantation of the same in the Nallah Treatment will be done by EEP on payment by the contractor and Providing and application of growth hormone etc. complete as required at the time of commissioning. Disinfection and solar panels Design and providing the Disinfection mixing set, including agitator shafts, mechanical units, sockets, plugs, Solar panels , Electric board, wires, LED indicator, fuse, battery, motor etc. complete) as required with confirmation from EIC and as approved by SINE IIT Bombay Company- EEPL on payment by the contractor (DBO Item)

Operation & Maintenance O & M Fee for 5 year Operation Service Period for cleaning and maintaining for new In-situ Nall Treatment unit proposed in 4 Drains for a total capacity of 1.0 MLD conforming to the relevant Service Levels including all necessary tasks, activities and obligations as necessary for operations, maintenance and management of waste water and all related infrastructure comprising of RCC drains, Coirvel treatment unit, Biomats, Biocurtains, CTU filing, Flo-rafts, plantation done by SINE IIT Bombay Company EEPL , Bubbled air Diffusers and disinfection arrangement and solar panels and necessary electric boards etc including the periodical cleaning of screens, removal of floating materials collected in the screens and removal of sludges in the drains and cleaning of the coir mats, Bio curtains, CTU units, Flo-rafts plantation etc and periodical remedial measures for repairing the diffusers and all the electical and mechanical parts and replacement of the spares etc complete including collection of the ULB’s revenue, customer services including recording and redressing customer complaints, including all administrative tasks, management tasks and all services to be provided as a prudent etc., as well as cost of management, wages, incentives, operations, maintenance, spares, administration, equipment, transport, taxes and levies, including all necessary preventive and reactive maintenance of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation units, administration, transport, communications, management information systems, reporting, including cost of all wages, chemicals, electricity*, consumables, administration, transport, spares, insurance, taxes levies etc., complete but excluding statutory payments. *Electricity: Bidders shall note the arrangements for pricing and payment of electricity charges will be borne by ULB's.
