Varnishing drying and impregnation of 75 HP induction motor at LIS Lassipora of MISD Handwara by way of disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. Cleaning of motor parts by using petrol/cleaning solvent to remove dirt, grease. Varnishing, impregnation and drying of stator windings with standard quality varnish with proper tapings etc. Assembling of all motor and re installation at site after carrying out necessary repairs using tools and tackles and testing on full load.
