RENDERING SERVICES FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS AND WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS OF HANSA VIHAR AREA UNDER AGE EM I OF GE NW VASCO

Outsourcing of services round the clock (Consisiting of 02 Shifts) i.e. from 06:00 to 14:00 hours & 14:00 to 22:00 hours including Sunday and Holiday and for operation of sludge treatment/ recycling system based on fluidised media reactor (FMR) of capacity 200 cum per day by providing 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) per shift including operation of sewage treatment pump with accessories -02 Nos, air blower for FMR & Equalizer tank-02 Nos, chemical dozing system -01 No., filter feed pump-02 Nos, sand filter-01 No., sludge pump-02Nos., sewage collection tanks 04 Nos and Pumps-08 Nos. including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, MCCB, Voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No 1 :- (a) Outsourcing of services includes Maintenance and operation of equilizer tank, FMR tank with all systems, filter feeding tank, sand filter carbon filter, treated water tank, sludge drying bed . (b) Log sheet will be maintained by contractor. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cleaning of surrounding area by cutting grass, shrubs etc. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cleaning of foot valves weekly to avoid choking of pipe line. (d) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include Testing of treated water daily at site for pH and Residual Chlorine.

Outsourcing of services for 02 Shift i.e. from 15:55 to 23:55 hours & 23:55 to 07:55 hours including Sunday and Hoiliday for operation of pumps and borewell at 200 ldg block pump house and pumps at main galley pump house of capacity 30 HP (02 in Nos) by providing 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) per shift including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, MCCB, Voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Outsourcing of services includes Maintenance and operation of pumps, valves and borewells. (b) Log sheet will be maintained by contractor. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cleaning of surrounding area by cutting grass, shrubs etc. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include cleaning of foot valves weekly to avoid choking of pipe line.

Dismantling air compressor blower for checking and carrying out repairs by replacing old/unserviceable parts, grinding, polishing of cylinder pistons, replacement of piston rings, inlet and exhaust rods and reassembling after repair and re-installing and testing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete for smooth functioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of compressor oil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing of liquid Sodium hypo chlorite chemical of approved make having 10% Chlorine content in treated water through chemical dozing system as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of collection tanks/septic tanks of following capacities by De-watering of Sewage Water, Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc. including cleaning of wall and bottom surface of collection tank by scraping down with wire brush all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

(a) Collection tanks of capacity 10m3

(b) Collection tanks of capacity 15m3

(c) Collection tanks of capacity 30m3

(d) Collection tanks of capacity 60m3

NOTE FOR ITEM NO - 6 (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes

(b) Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by the State Authorities / Municipal Corporation / PCB

NOTE FOR ITEM NO - 6 Contd.... (c) Sewage Sludge disposable tractor/ truck with driver and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline) and disposing the same to the location outside the MoD land all as on required basis and as directed.

(d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/ mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/ staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal as directed.

(e) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) The Contractor shall provide necessary Tools, Plants, materials and labour for item No. 6(a) to 6(f) and the cost of the above is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-Charge and testing in Govt. approved laboratory as approved by GE / Directorate of Health Services (Enviormental and pollution Control Wing, Panaji-GOA).

(a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, PH value, Total nitrogen, sulphate, Oil grease, TSS, BOD, COD residual chlorine and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E coli in 100 ml)

Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample
