Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty desh Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero decimal two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cubic metre (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up-spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a Single layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five milimetre), by manual means bitumen using VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 500 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidential. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. /Sqm. ( zero decimal eight five kilogram per square metre) using emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.275Kg per Sqm (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means on granular surface by mechnical means as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225Kg per Sqm (Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom bitumen emulsion on bitumenious surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying 25mm(twenty five millimetre) thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (One hundred- one hundred twenty tonne per hour ) capacity hot mix Batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregates 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre ) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 5.5 (five decimal five ) percent of mixed and filler,as per design mix transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical specification clause 509 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
