REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT TO INTERNAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES REPAIRS/SERVICING OF ACS GEYSERS AND REPAIRS OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE EXTERNAL STREET LIGHT FITTINGS INCLUDING ALLIED E/M WORKS AT SSB AND NCB DIAMOND HARBOUR UNDER GE(I)(CGNAVY) KOLKATA

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (concelaed Type) point wiring including necessary chase cutting of wall for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC conduit and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A. Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. B. The Rate of point wiring includes the following :- (i) Copper wire (ii) PVC Conduit with accessoreis (iii) Chase cutting

All as per item No 2 above but for one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one three pin socket outlet on same board all complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but for one three pin socket out let 5 amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed type point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC conduit medium duty (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multi-stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly for 16 Amp socket complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 6 above but point wiring of size 4.00 Sqmm copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC casing capping/conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover(ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper multistarnded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly for one light point/Ceiling Fan point/Exhaust fan point/call bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed . Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of chase cutting, laying of conduit and making good the surface with proper plaster all as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but for one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but for one three pin socket outlet on same board all complete all as specified and directed.
