Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Taking down ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/pedestal fans of any sweep of any make with down rods, blades canopy etc by disconnecting the electric connections and deposit at fan store of AGE E/M north for issuing of fan to contractor for repair, and collecting the fan after repair and hanging the same at location as directed by the concerned JE E/M complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing water heater (Geyser) metal outer body with stainless steel tank of capacity 25 ltrs including all accessories like, NRV, heavy duty PVC Connection and making good to surface area with new hold fasterner connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm sweep ceiling fan, cutting the existing worn winding and rewinding the fan with superior quality copper wire and filling the varnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves and paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing serviceable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush, condenser and shackle housing , gun metal bushes, ball bearings, twin twisted copper cable, down rod assembly & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing, oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed complete all as directed & approved for 1200mm sweep. Notes for item NO (i) to (vii) :- (i). The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid wide relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing and taking out serviceable parts shall be deemed to be included of quoted unit rates. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No on fans (v). Unserviceable /defective retrieved parts shall be credited vide sch of credit. (vi). After assembling all fans shall be tested for the speed as directed. (vii). All the fans shall be repaired/rewind at AGE E/M store yard only.

Material and labour dry sand cushioning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Material and labour for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
