Material & labour for drilling or boring 600 mm nominal dia. bored cast-in-situ piles through any or all types of strata i.e soft/ loose soil, stiff clay, gravel, cobble stone, compact moorum, soft conglomerate or loose boulders, disintegrated rock, weathered rocks etc., (except hard rock for socketing depth) with hydraulic rigs with power unit upto top of socketing depth/founding depth by adopting suitable method with perennial water and disposal of drilling/bored materials to a distance exc. 5 km and n.exc15km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fabrication of LT Cubicle indoor type, factorymade, compartment type,type tested panel with CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per relevent IS, suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire system, including provision of 2 Nos spare compartments (for future planing work), suitable capacity Almunium busbar, having 1.5 times bearing capcity of main incoming switch gear ,digital metering eqpt etc panel, complete all as specified with following:- Incoming :- (a) 630A ACB 50 KA manual drawout type Suitable for 415V -01 Nos. Chipping of laitance concrete in piles above cut off level up to a maximum of 1m from cut off level using suitable tools and equipments and dressing the pile head suitably so as to receive the form work for deck work, including breaking to the required level exposing the pile reinforcement to sufficient length as per approved drawing for embedding into the deck slab etc., and disposal of the debris to distance exc. 5Km but n. exc. 15Km complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade aggregate as in foundations, lean concrete underneath pile caps, capping beams, suspended floor, plinth beams, haunching and packing of pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(vii) In case at the time of mix design cement content is increased beyond minimum content given above, no extra payment will be made. (viii) Standard manufactured cover blocks as per IS should be used, Site cast cover blocks shall not be used. (ix) Pile shall be casted as mentioned in drawings. However, for payment purpose the length of pile shall be measured up to cut off level only. The unit rate/Lumpsum price quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Supply and fix Mild steel bolts of dia n.ex 12 mm any type purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends;each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Ready Mixed Cement Concrete M–35 Design Mix with admixture Auramix 400 of Fosroc or Smartcare maximo plast PX range of Asian Paints or equivalent, as in Foundations including Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Ready Mixed Cement Concrete M–35 Design Mix with admixture Auramix 400 of Fosroc or Smartcare maximo plast PX range of Asian Paints or equivalent, as in beams, cantilevers, lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Chip off, removal the existing plastering and loose concerete with hammer and chasels & using chipping machines wherever necessary including tools and machineries & labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing the sacrificial anode GALVASHIELD XP or equinvalent over the main rainforcement of the column, beam and sun shades rainforcement at 1 No for 1 Sqm radius for sun shades and 1 No. for 1m ht. for column, as per the manufacturer specification. As sacrificial anodes protect the reinforcement against the corrosion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clean the old and new reinforcement properly using wire brushes and applying anticorrosive coat NITOZINC PRIMER including materials and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L make the concrete surface neat & clean and applying the bonding agent NITOBOND EP over the concrete sruface to make the bond with new concrete including materials and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making tight form work to the necessry size for the Microconcerting including material and labour etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pouring microconcreting RENDEROC RG for 50-75mm thick with in 12mm below grade chips and reqiured water including materials, tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying curing compound NITOBOND AR on the Microconcerete surface after removal the form work including materials, tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Protective coat DECKGUARD after the curing compound application over micro concrete surface including materials, tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying 20-25 thickness Kota Stone with mirror polish in riser of steps, skirting, dado laid over mortar base in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Item Nos. 1.010 & 1.011 (contd..) (v) For the purpose of payment of boring/drilling, description of hard rock shall be as given in particular specification. (vi) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the rates for the shifting and setting up of piling rig as many times as required (vi) The size of cutting tool shall not be less than diameter of pile by more than 75mm. Notes for Item Nos. 1.010 & 1.011:- (i) The depth of boring for piles shall be measured from existing ground/sea bed level/river bed top (as per soundings/reduced levels taken at the commencement of work) to the approved founding level. (ii) It shall be ensured that the waste bentonite slurry/ drilled or bored material is pumped off from the premises to locations shown by GE to contractor at his own cost. The distance mentioned in description of item shall be the shortest distance from the centre of the building. (iii) All channels/tanks made for bentonite circulations shall be filled with approved moorum obtained by contractor at his own cost after clearing all bentonite cakes. (iv) The contractor may use any approved method as approved by GE for boring without any extra cost to the Govt. The rates for boring of piles shall be inclusive of any method/ casing that may be used by the contractor for bored piles. Nothing extra shall be paid.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 usisng 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, rungs etc. with ends of bars, shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed baluster, walk ways, railings, and similar work confirming to Gde Fe-250 Quality B, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and installing MS liner confirming to FE 410-WB grd E250 quality B/BR for bored cast -in-situ concrete piles with necessary stiffners, driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting bending welding etc. complete all as per specification and directed by engineer-in charge. Notes:- (i) Rate shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The rate is deemed to include for cutting, removal and salvage value of the material so obtained. (ii) MS liner shall be driven upto refusal level/12 Mtrs. from cut off level whichever is less irrespective of what is shown in the drawing, the occurance of diffuser level be decided by GE at the site based on visual inspection of bailer samples from pile bore hole, past experience and laboratory test result. The decision of GE in this regard will be final and binding. (iii) MS liner will be measured and paid up to the cut off level of pile only. Additional MS liner if used for convenience of construction shall be included in the rates quoted. No extra shall be paid separately on this account.
