Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified, with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%,.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Earth work in excavation manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. Note: Excavation need to be done Manually as per site condition.

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in charge. All kinds of soil. Note: Excavation need to be done Manually as per site condition.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Providing and Constructing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and Constructing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. .

Providing and constructing Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level, in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete in all respect as directed by EIC

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources),Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : All works up all height including Coping, Floors, lintel beam etc. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers,complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Providing, laying, position and fixing of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding with soft drawn annealed binding wire of dia not less than 1mm with 2 stands etc., all complete up to all level. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing M.S. hand rail/Other sections of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works Item to include applying yellow zinc chromate priming coat ,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: The Item includes fixing of M.S. plate, which shall be measured in KG and paid under this Item.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over M.S./Plate or any other section of any Sizes. Two or more coats on new work., Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: Actual area of painted surface of each element shall be measured and paid in square meter. Rate for the item is to be quoted considering the mode of measurement as above.

Providing and laying CEMENT PLASTER 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand),Complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Plater should be of single coat Mala finished.

Providing and laying CEMENT PLASTER 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand),Complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Plaster should be wired finished to receive Vitrified tiles for Dado works.

Providing and laying 18 mm SAND FACED cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand).finished rough with wooden float, Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: For Internal Surface

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface, Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: For Internal Surface

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: For Internal Surface

EXTERIOR FINISHING Providing, applying and Finishing walls with 100% superior type Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm),Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles of approved sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, Dado laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Note: The Size of tiles shall be decide by the EIC.(i.e. any size up to 600mm x 600mm)

Providing and laying GLAZED Vitrified tiles (GVT) in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish. Note: (a) The shade & Size of the vitrified tiles(i.e. any size up to 600mm x 600 mm) shall be got approved by the EIC.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: The size of Kota stone should be of 580mm x 580mm.

Providing and laying Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: Rate for skirting to include providing 6 x10 mm neat grove on top i.e. on junction of plaster & Skirting.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red/Kashmiri White with Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm, Complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frame and shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required. Colour Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 25),Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: The Item includes all the fittings & fasteners required for completion of the work.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, Complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The Item is also including making necessary provision for fixing of air grill/air diffusers etc. as required for HVAC, including cutting in proper dimension.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure 1.0 mm thick laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The rate is inclusive of all wastages . Net area will be measured & paid.

Supplying and fixing wired glass of 6mm thick with good glazing quality to be fixed in doors / windows / ventilators, frames, including providing and fixing heavy duty aluminium beading of size 10 x 10mm channel, including cutting, fixing in Aluminium frames complete cost of beading, screws, necessary fittings, putty, but excluding cost of frames. (The cost of frames will be paid separately elsewhere as an item) all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight up to 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete, all as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Stainless steel 304 tower bolt of size 8'' (200mm x minimum 10 mm) for doors including fixing in position and adjusting for free and smooth movement etc. complete all as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and fixing mortice lock body as per manufacturer's specification, with stainless steel mainand strike plate and with min.70mm cylinder with "key on one side and knob on other side" with appropriate specification straight edged bevelled or rotated as required, right or left handed as directed, suitable for single leaf shutters including making necessary recess in shutter and fixing the mortice lock with stainless steel screws, etc.; complete all as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing mortice lock body as per manufacturer's specification, with stainless steel mainand strike plate and with min.70mm cylinder "slot on one side and knob on other" side with appropriate specification straight edged bevelled or rotated as required, right or left handed as directed, suitable for single leaf shutters including making necessary recess in shutter and fixing the mortice lock with stainless steel screws, etc.; complete all as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of mortise lock handle of Stainless Steel Grade 316 with euro profile and escutcheons in pair (a pair of 2 Nos). of appropriate specifications as per manufacture's specification for doors including fixing in position and adjusting for free and smooth movement with all necessary adjustments to fix in place etc. complete all as per the manufacturer's specifications or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, CP brass angle cock, CP brass bottle trap with necessary PVC pipe connections including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm of superiors quality. Note: (1) Note: The shape of the Wash Basin shall be got approved by the EIC . (2)Sensor based Pillar is to be fixed, and same shall be measured & paid in the respective item of this tender.

Providing & fixing chrome plated brass battery based infrared sensor operated pillar cock, having foam flow technology. 15 mm nominal bore, Complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Said pillar cock should be properly fixed and complete in all respect as directed by the EIC and should be compatible for wash basin considered as separate item of this tender.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing: Rectangular shape 500 x 400 mm, complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock with wall flange of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : 15 mm nominal bore having minimum length as 170mm and Multi/Full turn Cartridge and aerator for foam flow, complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and Fixing in position 15mm n.b. C.P. Brass / SS, Health faucet of length not less than 1 meter as per Manufacture's specification, including holder & all fittings and fixtures etc., complete all for operational condition as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve with wall flange for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15mm nominal bore, complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and Fixing in position Concealed dual flush Metropole of 32mm size as per Manufacture's specification having flushing capacity of approx.. 2/4 litter dual flush with all fitting and fixtures etc., complete all for operational condition as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing UPVC floor trap(NT) with 75mm dia outlet Single/Multi as required as per drawing or as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge as per Manufacture's specification including connection with PVC soil / waste pipe, necessary 150mm thick CC 1:2:4 for embedding the trap including providing and fixing top rail and strainer on top of the trap etc. complete all as specified or as directed by the EIC. Note: The PVC soil/waste pipe will be paid separately in the respective item of this tender.

Providing and fixing UPVC GT(Gully Trap)of size (160mm x110mm) for single/Multi Entry line for Solid Waste & other waste (i.e. Urinal/wash basin), as per Manufacture's specification including connection with PVC solid waste pipe & other waste pipe(i.e. Urinal/wash basin), necessary brick masonry chamber to house the GT with 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 as required and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for embedding the trap including providing and fixing of Cover on top of the G.T. etc. complete all as specified or as directed by the EIC. Note: The PVC soil/waste pipe will be paid separately in the respective item of this tender.

Providing and fixing wall mounted Vertical Swing "U- type" Hinged Grab bar of standard size and dimensions as per manufacture's specification with all necessary fittings such as screws, filler plugs etc. all complete as per manufacture's specification to hold in position & orientation complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (1)The Hinged type Grab Bar should incorporates a safety anchoring system that blocks the bar in vertical position and avoids it falling down accidentally. (2) The Length of the Vertical Hinged should be minimum 700mm. (3) The Material Should be of SS 304. (4) The dia of the SS tube should not be less than 32mm & thickness of the tube should be minimum 1.5mm (5) The Flange size should not be less than 200mm x 80mm

Providing and fixing wall mounted SS Grab bar Fixed type of minimum 600mm long as per manufacture's specification with all necessary fittings such as screws, filler plug etc. all complete as per manufacture's specification to hold in position & orientation, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china battery based infrared sensor operated urinal of approx. size 610 x 390 x 370 mm having pre & post flushing with water (250 ml & 500 ml consumption), having water inlet from back side, including fixing to wall with suitable brackets all as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The size & Shape of the Urinal should be got approved by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Granite Stone of approved shade slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth.

Providing and fixing of Battery operated sensor based urinal flushing system as per manufacture's specification with necessary accessories, screwed to wall with rawl plugs and screws including connection with electrical point (if required) , etc. complete all for operational condition as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Said system should be properly fixed and complete, all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and should be compatible with Urinals considered as a separate Item of this tender.

Providing and fixing of sensor based Liquid Soap Dispensers as per manufacture's specification screwed to wall with rawl plugs and screws etc., complete all for operational condition as per manufacture's specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (1) The Material of Sensor based Liquid Soap Dispenser should be of ABS & The same shall be got approved by Engineer-In-Charge. The same should be suitable for liquid soap and having lock and key arrangement. (2)The Liquid Soap Dispenser should have minimum capacity of 0.8L.

Providing and fixing of Stainless Steel Napkin Ring with all necessary fitting and fasteners etc., complete all as per manufacture's specification to hold in position & orientation complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing of Hand Dryers as per manufacture's specification with all necessary fitting and fasteners etc. complete for operational condition to hold in position & orientation complete all, as directed by the EIC. Note: The Body Material Should be of Stainless Steel 304. The Minimum Effective Air Flow/ Blowing Volume should be 215 M3 per Hour.

Providing and fixing toilet paper holder :C.P. brass. Note: The Size & Shape of the material should be got approved by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Making a hole of 800mm dia in the 230 mm thk RCC wall using Core cutter , including scaffolding ( if required ) using necessary tools & tackle (Stich core cutting is allowed but the final result should be smooth finished obtained with GP-2 grout, complete finished 800mm dia core) complete all, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (1)Rate to include the cost for structural strengthing arrangement of hole finished smooth by using GP-2 Grout as per Manufacture's specification and as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge. (2) Rate to include cutting,stacking of steel reinforcements and disposal of debris & materials within 1 K.M. lead etc. all complete including finishing complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (3)The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Making a hole of 150mm dia in 230mm thk R.C.C wall using Core cutter, including excavation( if required for mounting arrangement of the machine) with all necessary tools & tackles, work including cutting,stacking of steel reinforcements and disposal of debris & materials within 1 K.M. lead etc. all complete including finishing complete all as directed by the EIC. Note: (1)The Rate is also inclusive for making all arrangement required at site for Core Cutting work. (2) The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Making a hole of 100mm dia in 230mm thk R.C.C wall using Core cutter, including excavation( if required for mounting arrangement of the machine) with all necessary tools & tackles, work including cutting,stacking of steel reinforcements and disposal of debris & materials within 1 K.M. lead etc. all complete including finishing complete all as directed by the EIC. Note: (1)The Rate is also inclusive for making all arrangement required at site for Core Cutting work. (2) The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Making one number cut-out of 300mm x 600mm in 230mm thk Brick Masonry wall including scaffolding (if required ) with all necessary tools & tackles ,the cut out should be finished with plaster, and disposal of debris & materials within 1 K.M. lead etc. all complete as directed by the EIC. Note: The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall As above for Internal works - 40mm n.b., complete in all respect as directed by the EIC

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 40 mm nominal bore, complete all as per specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Making Connection with 65mm dia or any other dia existing G.I. line, with new line of 40 mm dia of CPVC pipe including the providing of union, coupler, T-joint, Male thread (M.T. PVC) & PVC solvent and other specials if required with all necessary tools and tackles including all specials, threading in existing GI line etc. at all heights/levels/floor/terrace all complete as specified or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Job is also to include removal of aluminium covering over existing G.I. line in particular area required for making connection & refixing the same after completion of work.

Making Connection of 75mm dia (5 Nos) & 110mm dia SWR PVC pipes (4 Nos) with the existing chamber including the removal & refixing the existing Kota stone including excavation up to invert level of Chamber (Maximum up to 1.0 meter from NGL) & making the hole (nos. as required) for pipes entry (i.e. 75mm dia 5 nos & 110mm dia 4 nos) in the chamber and finishing with Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4 after fixing the pipes of 75mm dia & 110mm dia & checking the leak-proof joint etc. all complete as specified or as directed by the EIC.

Demolishing & Dismantling work carefully in existing toilet block for the below mentioned activities including disposal of debris & unserviceable material out side campus etc., complete all as per specification or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 1.Demolishing of existing partition brick masonry wall of existing toilet of dimension 1.0m (width) x 3.0 m (height) along with vitrified tiles. 2.Dismantling of existing tile work fixed on floors/walls/dado and dismantling of old plaster work and raking out joints,including cleaning & preparing the surface for receiving new plaster. for about approx. area of 26 Sqm etc. in the above said existing toilet block. 3. Removing carefully existing wooden door shutter of size 0.750m(width) x 2.2m (height) along with door frame of aluminium including wired glass on the top of door, holdfasts. etc. 4.Careful Removing of mirror Glass two nos of Sizes (a) 1.5m x 1.2m & (b) 0.6m x 1.2m. including framing etc., if any. 5.Carefully Removing of existing Hand Wash Basin along with all fittings etc. 6.Carefully Removing of existing Water Closet (WC) including seat cover, bib tap, health faucet & Cistern including angle cock, connection pipe, pvc inlet pipe. Note: 1.The serviceable & un-serviceable material will be decided by EIC. 2. The Serviceable material should be stack within Institute as directed by the EIC. 3. All the debris should be properly disposed outside the campus. 4. The place of disposal shall be identified by the contractor.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. Note: The serviceable & un-serviceable material will be decided by Engineer-In-Charge.
