Service Charges for Carrying out 'C' Check maintenance for DG sets from authorised rep or service engineer from the OEM of DG set of Make : Kirloskar 15 KVA capacity at CGAIS, Tech Area Hansa - 01 Set, Cummins 35 KVA capacity at CGRA Pump House -01 Set and Kirloskar 50 KVA capacity at TRV Pump House -01 Set of injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower / inside tank with solution (caustic soda with water) to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, trial & testing etc. Note : 1. The 'C' Check Maint spares, engine oil, Coolant, caustic soda solution (restore plus) will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule. 2. Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set rubber hose pipe up to 2'' to 4" dia and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length for any capacity DG Set including both side hose clamp, with nut, bolt and washers as required, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs battery terminals brass suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs rectifiers diodes for 15 to 125 KVA DG sets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the radiator assy from the DG set of 15 to 125 KVA DG sets capacity carefully for necessary repair , soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage , cleaning properly , replacement of nuts , bolts , rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing at the same site including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable Dynamo / Alternators 12/24 volts and rewinding with ‘F’ class copper wire of 22 /existing gauge incl dismantling the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enamelled copper cord of existing size and gauge, varnishing, drying, defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, and soldering etc and re fixing with dynamo/alternator properly including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling the defective self starter assy of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, bendix drive, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new AVR unit suitable for 35 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG Set size in repairs ie taking down of old AVR unit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set Diesel/oil pressure pipe of existing size and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length of 35 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG Set including both side hose clamp etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective alternator assembly of capacity 15 to 125 KVA DG sets DG set from the engine including opening of canopy, transporting to the reputed or as directed workshop, opening the alternator, taking out burnt winding from the stator carefully with out damaging core etc, rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor with existing gauge and size including at the same site connecting to engine assy and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only copper cable multi stranded suitable for 12/24 volts battery replacing the same with of existing size and equal length complete fixing with brass clamp at both ends including taking down of old one from the existing battery complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the defective Radiator assy form the DG set of 50 to 82.5 KVA capacity by disconnecting all incoming and out going cooling line, transporting to the work shop cutting and taking out the all fins with cooing line replace the same size with new copper cooling line with fins by bracing work complete incl leak arrest in radiator tank by welding and sealing and re-fix the same into the old position complete all as specified and directed.

Charges for attending break down of DG set of 15 to 125 KVA capacity by only auth OEM rep / team for fault finding incl attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of DG and repairing, starting the DG set till smooth running and setting up the alighnment / required paramenters of all major parts such as fan belt, AVR, RPM, sencors, actuators, Engine safety units, bty chargers, AMF relays, fuel / oli levels, speed governer, Micro processor based control panel, Injector pumps etc as required in ground / as ordered complete all as specified and directed. (The payment for the above shall be made to Contractors after submitting the original invoice only) Note:- All supply only Items of spare required & fixing charges are deemed to be included in unit rate of item No 1.00 to 27.00 & 55.00.
