Dismantling brick tiles laid in cement mortar in roof treatment, any thickness or description complete all as specified .

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate as in leveling course on roof complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over leveling coarse on approachable roof with following Specifications : 1. Average 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with polymer based water proofing compound when leveling coarse is still green. 2. After the surface is fully dried, apply a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters/Sq.m. 3. After primer, the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot, blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sq.m 4. Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight 3 Kg/Sq.m shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture’s instruction.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine pressed PCC tiles conforming to IS-1237-1980 laid over a bedding layer of 15mm screed in CM 1:4 mixed with polymer based liquid water proof additive @ 5% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 at 0.30 kg/Sq.m over APP membrane and finally applying a coat of aluminium paint at 0.20 kg/Sq.m all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting out crack in V section in existing roof, chajjas or similar work up to 40mm deep and cleaning the same with water jet to get rid of any loose material and wetting, grouting with cement & sand mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC all as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity n.exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete including necessary GI tank nipples, taking down existing unserviceable tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Ball valves 20mm bore dia, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed [Minimum weight: 210gms] all as specified including taking down existing unserviceable valve.

Taking up or down galvanized steel tubing 15mm bore with fittings.

Taking up or down galvanized steel tubing 20mm bore with fittings.

S&F GI tubes 15mm bore dia medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 15mm bore dia and connecting in new or old location including cleaning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring/ hard standing all as specified.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in hard standing/ flooring complete finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring all as specified

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18Sq.m but n.exc. 0.36Sq.m, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed digitally printed ceramic tiles of size 300x450mm, 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 43,280.00
